I have used Randy for several years when those pesky plumbing problems arise. He has re routed water lines, replace a water heater, fixed a leaky line in my basement ceiling, and always provides personal attentive service. Recently I purchased a new washing machine, and could not get the water lines broken free because of water scale buildup and rusty tips on the lines.
Being afraid to torque the water line too severely, I called Randy again. He arrived the next day and made quick work of the job I was afraid to tackle.
