have American Home Service for my home warranty company and they sent FARREN Plumbing Service to my home to fix a leaking bathroom faucet and a loose kitchen faucet. The first plumber left without fi anything. He said the tub facet probably needed a washer (which he didn't have) and the kitchen faucet was too old. I told him it was only 2 years old. He said they call to reschedule. After several days I called them. this time Andy came out. He said he tightened the tub faucet. He did tighten the kitche. I called again because the tub faucet still dripped. Third time out, Andy finally put a washer in. That was in September. My kitchen faucet is loose again. Andy is the owner. I wouldn't ever call this company again.

Would not recommend them to anyone. Fidelity home warranty sent them out because we had water pressure issues. After missing the initial appointment, and me having to call them repeatedly. They came out and ""fixed"" it while I was at work. I come home and the issue was not resolved but I was charged $85. When I asked them to come put again it took multiple attempts. The next thing I know my home warranty company tells me that Farren plumbing says I have clogged pipes and it's not covered. They basically scammed me out of $85. This whole process took 4 weeks and the issues never got resolved. Their scheduler, Veronica, seems like she doesn't tknow what she is doing every time I called t9 get someone out here. I asked to speak to Andy the owner and got blown off twice. I guess the owner is too busy for his paying customers.

We use Fidelity Insurance and needed a plumber asap for garbage disposal issues.
We just had to give a shout out and kudos to the plumber that helped at our house today. Dustin is an amazing plumber and human being. What a nice guy and what an optimistic personality he has. He is super upbeat,cheerful and brought a smile to my and my daughters faces today. He did a great job and was in and out of our house very ,very quickly, within 20 to 30 minutes. He double checked his work and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work he did. Explained everything. I wish all transactions with the Construction community we hire were as efficient, effective and positive as the service we received from Dustin today. Please forward this email to upper management, Fidelity Insurance, (who we contract through) and or the owners of the company.
I love doing positive surveys for companies that deserve it. Farren: if you have any form of recognition programs at your company, please consider doing something nice for Dustin because he definitely deserves it. And also, I wanted to note that he spoke very highly about the company he works for and I appreciate that! It's not often that you hear a worker or employee speaking positively about their employer. He was a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much!

The common thread for my posts will always be if the company did a great job in all categories. If they did a really poor job I'll probably post too. No mid-road jobs here.

Farren Plumbing Service has been at our home 4 times now for various jobs and each one of them they have displayed a very high work ethic and professionalism that is rare in that world. The owner, Andy Farren, continues to impress me and shows that he is trying to do superior work without breaking the bank. I have found that his prices are better than other plumbing companies we've had to our home and the value he brings to the table is a rare commodity.
