I rec'd 2 quotes for 2 plumbing jobs I needed, one was a new waterline to my refrigerator and another was a rocking toilet. I originally just wanted the waterline, but when they got to my home, I thought I better ask about the rocking toilet as well. One plumber quoted me $630, and Farrell quoted me $685. I asked if they could match the other, and Shane made a call and they came back even less than the 1st plumber for both jobs. I wasn't able to get the job done that day, but we set it up for the following Monday. Shane arrived on time, and went to work. He did clean work, detailing to me what he was doing and why it was important. I liked that he not only was the one who gave me a quote, but he did the job. He was detailed, explained things well, cleaned up better than it was before he came, and was thorough. I will use again, and recommend, and will request him every time. Like Share

Shane from Farrell Plumbing came out today because my sink was clogged. He put me at ease right away by explaining what was going on in my pipes and how he would address it. Afterwards he told me what had happened and why and how I could prevent it from happening again. He has a gentle demeanor which made me totally comfortable having him in my home.

October 9, 2023 - Adding a second review. I was so pleased with the work done as noted below that I had Farrell Plumbing install a software system to not only protect my entire home pipe refit but to extend the life of my appliances, clothing and have soft, silky hair. Again, Farrell Plumbing was able to provide me with choices on a system and what would work best for the size of my home. Shane and Kiel returned to do the trouble free installation and I was able to have the tank and brine tank placed inside my garage rather than outside of my home so hot Florida sun wouldn't beat down on it. Work was completed quickly and they cleaned up the area following the installation. A tutorial on the care and feeding of this and I am now good to go. Hat's off to this fantastic family owned business. Thank you again, Farrell Plumbing.

As for customer service they have been great! They have been to my house 2x now and always arrive on time and are friendly. I dont know their prices as they were contracted out through my solar panel company who got the bill

When you book an appointment with, what you think is a 4.5 star company and they stick it to you it's very disappointing. Twice the national average cost to simply run a snake down the vent stack and check it with a camera. $533.00. One hour at my house. Never again, my business will go elsewhere.

If You Want to Get Ripped Off, Then call these crooks and they do terrible work. I own a vacation rental in Holiday and I live on the West coast. These guys were called out to replace a heating element, charged me $335 and then recommended I replace it. A brand new one costs $350 + installation. If the water heater was old and needed to be replaced, why not just say that instead of soaking me for $335. Further, the plumber caused the water heater to leak and did not fix it. He threw one of my guest towels on the floor behind the dryer and left. One of my guests staying at the house, a woman 8 months pregnant slipped and fell on the wet marble floor and got a concussion and sprained neck. These guys are dishonest and do very bad work. If I could give less than 1 star I would give -10 stars. Call them at your own risk.

I'm only giving them two stars because two nice young men came to look at my problems and come up with an estimate. They were courteous and friendly and timely. But when it came to the estimate, I couldn't believe my ears! They wanted $1500 to put a new toilet in and fix a pipe in the bathroom and put a faucet in the kitchen. Luckily I didn't have to deal with that ridiculous $85 estimate. This is not rocket science and I'm sure my friend that has a handyman husband will be able to do it for a lot less than that. Unlike And Services that gives you a free estimate these folks do not give a free estimate. That is probably why I went with And Services when a pipe broke in the backyard. Stay away from them unless you're rich. Again nothing against the technicians.

I have used several plumbing companies in the area and this one is definitely at the top of my list and I will be using them from now on. They respond quickly, always answer the phone quickly, and the prices are decent. The work they do is also great and I'm very pleased with them. Keep up the good job.
