We hired Farrell Plumbing to remodel our bathroom and run new lines to our kitchen. We are so pleased with their service, especially Justin who was very professional and helpful to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. When they finished our project, they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you, Farrell Plumbing, for working within our schedule to complete our remodel project.

Very good! These guys helped me remodel my powder room and re plumed the water lines to move the washer and dryer to a spot that makes drying more efficient. I'm so happy they were patient and willing to try. It works and it looks great. I really love these guys! Jess, John and Manual and the rest of the Farrell family that makes them great plumbers. Thanks for always being there when we need you and always listening to me.

Integrity of a company starts from the moment you contact them and all the way up to the clean up. Well, this company took their lunch break at their van and left their trash on my property and drove away. When I called their office they suggested that their crew could pick it up the next day when they return. Therefore, they were ok with the trash being on my property over night to attract rats, coyotes and whatever else as if that is completely acceptable. Well, as you can imagine this is not acceptable and any service that leaves their personal trash out in the open, desecrating your property is in all aspects not professional.

I have used Farrell Plumbing several times over the past few years. I have always found them responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and fair on pricing. It is REALLY hard to find a decent plumber these days that won't take advantage of you. Please give Jessie and his crew a try - they really deserve your business!

Completely unprofessional with zero integrity. I hired them as part of a remodel project of two bathrooms; they quoted $3,500 for 20-hours of labor to set two bathtub enclosures, two toilets and two vanities; that comes to $175 per hour - a bit higher than the county average for here, but not too much so I agreed. I was told two full days to start with a return for a half day after the tile was set. First day they arrived two hours late and gone 2 hours later; second day they arrived an hour late, we had some issues with one of the tubs, so the day was cut short (2.5 hours). Didn't see them on day 3 and they arrived two hours late on day 4 but but again gone and in 2-hours. The final day they arrived an hour late but had another issue (also not their fault) but they just took an early lunch until I could clear it up. That makes three days out of five they had no reason to drag the project or show up late. would have been nice to have communication on the two hour days and no-shows. In the end, they worked 9-hours on a project they claimed would take 20 to justify the quote. They even added a $500 change order for the last delay. The total invoice was now over $4,000. When I pointed out that his 20-hour project at $175 per hour turned out to be a 9 hour project at $444, Jesse (the owner), claimed ""time isn't relevant. You got a quote"" Not relevant""? Then why did you give me a change order for the ""additional time""? Ohh.. time's not relevant when it's to your advantage.... When I explained I didn't feel comfortable with his invoice or his service (as he was demanding payment when only 30% of the work had been completed), he decided the best way to address the complaint was to drive to my home and make a scene. He was rude out the gate and not very receptive. Although I was doing my best to be polite (I was hoping he would reconsider his position) eventually his rude behavior and personal insults (like ""I guess I have to watch out for guys like you."") made him too much to tolerate. It became clear to me that he and his company have no honor or integrity and felt it entirely appropriate to convince a consumer a job would take twice as long to sell a quote then demand 90% payment having only done 30% of the work. I wanted him away from me and my family so I gave him his 90% and told him to leave. I'll explain why shortly... such Deceptive business practices.. I ended up paying someone $1000 more to complete the work on the tub he didn't do and I'll need to finish the vanity and the toilet myself. In my line of work, I've hired thousands of contractors... this one is by far the worse (period) contractor I have ever had to deal with (period). I have to take some responsibility as I was in a pinch and didn't use my normal plumbers so I didn't vet this company as I normally would - but trust me,... you can easily find a better, more professional contractor with integrity. I will add one final caution (and the ONLY reason I paid him) in all his quotes he puts ""90% due upon completion of the rough work."" At the time, I didn't think much of the clause because he claimed he would be on site two full days laying the rough work alone. Seemed reasonable ... but what it actually meant for him was, he expects to be paid 90% of his quote even if the rough constitutes less than 30% of the project. I've never seen that before and the plumbers i normally hire didn't have it on their contract. When I asked them their thoughts two said, ""I've seen that before... not from anyone I'd recommend, but it does happen. This industry is full of shady stuff.... it's almost normal now.""

Can't say enough good things about these guys! We had a leak and had to shut the water off to the whole house in the middle of the night. Called Jesse the next morning and he got out to me right away and was able to resolve the issue (as well as another leak that popped up) in less than 2 hours so we could get the water back on.

Will definitely be using Farrell Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Jesse was recommended by a friend for water heater drainage, which he did for me at a reasonable cost. I asked him to replace 3 sink faucets in two bathrooms and the tub faucet in the Roman tub. I planned to have faux granite finish applied to the bathroom counters and the tub resurfaced first. This meant all the existing faucets must be removed which Jesse did at NC. I purchased the new faucets and tub kit and scheduled the installation. Faucets went in easily but the tub kit I bought needed the valves welded and both Manual, installer, and Jesse agreed that it was too dangerous to weld in the tight confines of my old mobile home. Jesse offered to go to MWI Plumbing supply in Vista and find something that would work. He did and the installation was completed today. I am highly satisfied with Farrell plumbing's punctuality, quality of work, and a reasonable price for the work and two trips.
