Shaun installed my Dad's Rinnai combination boiler and water heater and Dad appreciated Shaun's professionalism and technical skills. The initial and new Rinnai unit was purchased from a company in Springfield, but the unit was a lemon which required Shaun to return many times to Dad's home to ""correct"" the unit per Rinnai's request, after which Rinnai eventually replaced the unit with a brand new one. Fortunately, the 2nd unit works great. Shaun was so patient working with Rinnai, as well as Joe, who communicated with Rinnai many times about all of the trips to fix the initial unit. We very much appreciate Farr Better Plumbing and highly recommend them! Thank you Shaun and Joe!!

I had a Western Pottery toilet installed in my main bathroom in April 2021. I noticed it was leaving a dark stain right at water level that would not be removed with regular cleaning, plus the water level keeps going down (there is not a leak on my part). The owner sent his installer out. The installer said there is definitely a problem and should be replaced. I spoke with the owner the next week & he said there is no problem with the toilet. I told him what the installer said and he said he received no such message from him. (Someone was lying). He was very nasty with me and demanded to know if I wanted the installer to come back. I said yes. Well the installer came back with another man and and proceeded to clean my toilet to get the black off. Again, they admitted something was wrong as well as water level. Today I get a call from a woman stating (AGAIN) there is nothing wrong. This along with their installers leaving dirt on my carpet. This company does not stand behind their products OR installation. They lie about their findings . Do not trust this company. Their methods are crude and the owner likes to berate the customer. Done with FARR BETTER!!

Made a mess of my yard, and didn't do half the promised work. Subsequently, they destroyed my neighbors yard, and made no attempt to repair it. I do not recommend.

They came out quickly, maybe an hour after I called. Upfront about costs. I wish I would have realized they had a discount for Mercy employees, but I'll know for next time :)

We've used Farr Better Plumbing multiple times, from a simple water heater issue to massive leak in buried pipes. Not only are they fair when it comes to pricing, but they make you a priority and you know the problem will be fixed soon. They are friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend Farr Better Plumping for anything you need!

Whatever. They really need to communicate with the customer a lot better. I am told they didn't tear up the land too badly, but I'm still cleaning up. I wish they had taken the trash with them instead of burying it on my property. I don't feel like they are my go to company. They did do most of what they said they would. They charged for it all, though. Glad it's over.
