Oh Crap! Oh SH*T! Those were the words I heard through my cell phone from my daughter while shopping this past Sunday. That's what happens when the main sewer line backs up. So it was a call to Jake once again.

I was referred to Jake about a year ago when I bought my house. My first experience was with him giving me an estimate and installing a new water heater which was done during the same visit. My second experience was when I cracked my toilet (long story, but it was a crappy experience), sorry couldn't resist the cheesy joke. But again, Jake to the rescue. My next call to Jake was last New Year's Day when the sewer line backed up the first time. Not having a cleanout made the job that much more difficult for Jake, but he handled it.

This past Sunday saw the same situation, but much worse with roots in my sewer line. They were so bad that Jake's snake line got caught to the point he wasn't able to pull it back. Having to get to the sewer line by removing the toilet makes matters worse. We decided we had to get the job done the right way and dig up the line in the front yard to avoid this happening in the future. There were some challenges along the way and it was getting dark, but Jake was determined to get us up and running with being able to use the shower and toilet that night.

Jake came back the very next morning to finish the job and install a cleanout. His helper Manny worked his tail off and left my bathroom cleaner than they found it. This job turned out to be much larger than he originally thought but Jake honored his original estimate, solved my problem, was forward thinking to prevent this from happening again and did it all with a smile. You have a customer for life Jake. Anyone reading this can have a plumber for life.

There was a nasty leak coming from the drain pipe in the kitchen. Farnsworth was quick to attempt to assess via Yelp messaging (I sent a picture). They came the next day ready to get to work and fix. The plumber called to let me know he was on his way. He was very kind and courteous. He walked me through basically everything he did which I really appreciated. Will definitely call them again.
