Jake, from Farmers Supply in Rapid City, got here promptly, worked fast, and did a good job of fixing my water problems this morning. I've found this kind of quick, efficient and correct service to be typical of Farmers Supply.

My water lines froze after a bad storm. However, even after it warmed back up and the pipes thawed I still didn't have water. It was late afternoon on a Friday when I called them to see if they could come out anytime in the near future (I wasn't expecting a miracle on a Friday afternoon... And did I mention that I live out in the boondocks?? 30 minute drive, one way to be exact).
The nice young gentleman that answered the phone didn't skip a beat and said he was on his way to see what was wrong with my well.
He did some troubleshooting and found the problem in minutes! He showed me what was wrong, how he could fix it and roughly what it would cost. In less than 20 minutes I had running water and everything was working wonderfully! He even gave me a quick rundown on other ways that I could improve the reliability of my well!
They have absolutely AMAZING service, a wonderful staff and they don't charge an arm and a leg either!
They have ALL of future business.
