Andy and his crew were thorough in their repairs on our outdoor hose faucets and valves. They were on time and cleaned up the work area when they finished. We've used FARMER'S PLUMBING several times now, and they never disappoint us. They're always very good at solving our repair or new installation issues.

We have major work done to our house, including an incredible tankless water heater with special filtration system -- great purchase! Great service! i had a house sitter who flushed a whole bunch of baby wipes down the toilet (not the flushable kind) and they came and snaked them all out--from the roof. Friendly service and a reasonable price!

Service was relatively quick and the tech was the cherry on top due to his respectful manner and great service. We did end up paying a lot more than originally quoted, but the service was great and our main line was pretty backed up (we moved in a month ago and it hadn't been too taken care of by the previous owners) so it's understandable. Great and honest guys to work with here!

Until a week ago I would have rated 5* as I have used Farmer's three time in the past. Never again! ""Take my money and run no follow up""

I needed two drains in my bathroom unclogged Two men showed up on time and took care of the problem I asked they look at my leaky faucet . When turned on under the sink there was a little leak; I put a towel under while using the shut off again.

One of the men took apart the faucet and said he did not have the part on the truck He would return with the part AND charge a service fee again. But the owner, Andy, would call me later to negotiate a lower fee. That was a week and a half ago.

(I have had other service people at my home ( appliance, TV etc) and they never charge a return fee if they do not have the part with them

Now a week and a half later no call I called them and left a message, Still not reply

And the plumber broke the faucet that was leaking and I cannot use it.

I knew Tony from previously doing a fabulous job for us. We had a leak under the kitchen sink recently which needed immediate attention and he arrived the same day. I wouldn't have any other plumbers than Tony and Andy. They are courteous, friendly, professional and do excellent work. They are, however, a little on the expensive side, so be prepared but they are always up front and let you know so no surprises.

These guys (Tony and Phil) are great! They were working at a house across the street from me and I approached them about an issue with my water heater. They were awesome....came right over to diagnose and were very knowledgeable about water heaters in mobile homes and explained everything very clearly. They were back the next morning with my new water heater. Thank you Andy...and I will definitely be calling you for any future plumbing issues!

They were knowledgeable and competent. Very friendly and polite. I have had them out here twice in the last few months. Once to replace a water heater and the second time for an unrelated clog. They did a great job both times.
