Called a few weeks ago for a faucet leak, but once again Jim Farmer never returned my call, This is twice he's done this, so it's time to use someone else. Not very professional.

Farmer canceled an emergency appointment made days ago because of unprofessional childishness that was totally out of my control. Called to pretty much beg for service and was told he was not coming and next day was booked with people out of water. Made appointment with another company at a lower quote. Then I called back and offered Farmer his original price for service this same day. I was told by someone the Farmer would return my call. I said if not today don't worry about calling back. This person become agitated and called me rude. Then put Farmer on the phone anyways who then refused the job due to the same unprofessional childishness. Wouldn't want people like that in my house anyways.
