I would not use this contractor again. The water in our area has a slight tint to it. Rather than simply letting my tennant know that this was a natural part of the water in our area they charged her to flush the lines. When this had no affect they told her it must be an issue with the water supplied to the building and gave her a bill for the labor. I could understand this if their busiess was not located here or if they did not do work in our building but... You decide.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! FRAUD! They charge me a TON of money for air conditioning and sprinkles and 3 days later NOTHING WORKS! When I call them about it and they said that """"wasn't their problem"""" and there is no refunds! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Choose some one else to fix your Air Conditioner. Farmer & Irwin came out three times over two months to try to fix our AC problem which turned out to be a chaffed wire intermittently grounding on our outside unit. Along the way to finding the actual problem they replaced a fuse, a circuit board and checked a drain line. I was charged for all three visits and parts. Apparently they don't warranty their work. Save yourself time money and aggravation. Find a reputable AC repair company that doesn't just throw parts at a problem but can actually do the job right the first time.

This is a horrible company. They put a brand new AC unit in in 2016. My contract states all parts and labor covered for 6 years. They do not honor it. A year later the AC unit does not work properly. Like one of the other reviews, the AC was not cooling properly, they came out and said nothing was wrong and charged me $295.00. Then they charged me for a condenser that they said was bad, another $1100.00. Customer service is terrible. I am not sure they know what they are doing. If I could have given them no stars, I would have. Do NOT use this company!

The tenants of our rental property complained that the AC unit was not cooling. Our real estate agent called Farmer and Irwin. Without any call to us, the owners, In a week or so, we received a bill stating they could find nothing wrong except for a thermostat battery in need of replacement. The bill was for $270.00! We felt that that sum was a lot to pay for a battery replacement, and questioned the charges, asking them to justify such an inordinately high cost for finding nothing wrong except for a battery in need of replacement. In response we received 2 emails. One (intimidating) email stated that if payment was not made by the end of the month, they will send us to """"collections"""". The other (explanatory) email explained charges, """"$100.00 per hour, from port to port"""" We received bill (via email) on 4/5, asked for clarification on 4/9, then immediately received both the intimidation and explanatory emails. Farmer and Irwin are an extremely unprofessional company using intimidation of """"collections"""" to silence the questioning of high bills. I advise all to stay clear of Farmer and Irwin.
