We have a kitchen island sink that's been causing us problems for most of the 20 years we've lived here. Other plumbers have been out many times, snaked the pipes and called it a day, only for the clog to return a few months later.

Lorin's team of Carl and Matt actually stuck a camera through the pipe to *diagnose* the problem (what a concept!) rather than just doing a quick fix to justify a service call charge. Carl showed us the issue with the camera and recommended his longer-term fix. After the long-term fix, he showed us the result on the camera, and the difference was obvious, even to this non-plumbing person. ;)

Their prices were fair and a good value, and we'd happily use them again and recommend them to others.
