I had a kitchen sink drain line that suddenly decided to stop working. We had another company come and try (first one to reply on yelp) and they said it could not be done and tried to upsell a lot more work. Rob was the second to replay on yelp so I tried him next. He didn't make it the first day we agreed to but sent over David the next day. It took some time (and I did have to do a quick and dirty electrical repair on his drain snake) but miraculously David got our sink line flowing. Our pipes are close to needing to be descaled but no pressure from Rob to do right away which I appreciate. I will be calling Fanti next time we have plumbing needs that I can't do myself.

I like to call Rob when we have plumbing issues. Had a huge problem with the kitchen sink they solved it. Now had a problem with water heater where carbon monoxide was going to fill my house if we didn't fix it asap. They came out that same night. Always professional and they leave the place clean. I attempted a DIY repair trying to swap out my garden hose bib with a new one, and while applying torque to get it off, the 90 degree elbow that connected to it snapped! I also noticed that 90% of the elbow was filled with rust build up. I called about 5 other plumbers for same day fix as this issued wouldnt allow me to turn the water main back on without repair. Fanti was the only company that was able to make a same day stop with in a few hours. Rob was very professional and friendly. We chatted about various interested as he was doing his repair and he even answered my questions about the repair as I watch him do his magic. His repair price was very fair and competitive to others. I would highly recommend him and would certainly refer him to others. I will also keep his contact for future repairs as my primary plumber before seeking out other companies.

Rob Fanti came by the same day to fix a leak under our bathroom sink.

He quickly analyzed the problem and proposed adding a compression connector on the copper pipe to fix the leak. He explained what he was doing and why it was the appropriate solution. He also explained that this fix would last forever, that it was the same solution he would have picked for his own home.

Rob turned off the water and had the fix done in less than 15 mins. Bing bam boom done!
