Robert is an answer to our prayers - no really! He was working next door, saw my husband struggling with the drains and came over to help. A couple of hours later and, (for a very reasonable price) our toilets are no longer backing up and we have what we always wanted - a go to plumber!

When I wrote for a quote on a clogged toilet, Rob wrote back:

How would you interpret that?

I expected it to mean that he was quoting standard prices and offered a discount from that. Instead, after the work was done, Rob charged $200 and explained that he meant that he had quoted the prices with the discount already included.

Rob did fine with the 10 minutes of snaking the main line. I'm only disappointed with the communication.

Robert was super responsive and did quick work on a bathroom drain. He was personable and gave me some really good tips some maintenance to do annually to reduce future problems. I will be reaching out in the future on other issues and projects as I found his rates to be very good.

This started with me trying to unblock a drain in an old Eichler. After even renting a powerful drain auger, I was unsuccessful. For less than I would have paid to another Roto-company just to unclog the drain, these guys came out and augered the drains, pressure washed them and ran a camera, taking care of a myriad of problems. Their machines cleaned the drains which included decades of fat and oil scum, and removed most of the calcified coating on the pipes. There was a section which required a pipe replacement and they did that as well (albeit at an additional fee). They have tolerated me watching them work, have explained everything as they go, told me information about Eichlers and the problems they have, and have done a superb, detailed job. Actually, I don't have anything bad to say about them. They've gone beyond the things that I've asked them to look at, even taking care of little, unrelated items along the way. I definitely will use them for my future plumbing work.

Being a single woman I've always have been skeptical of being taken advantage of because I'm a woman when it comes to repairs .
I called The Drain King when I found out my water heater was leaking. Robert came out right away. Very professional and friendly. He gave me a great price to replace the leaking water heater and the confidence knowing the job was done correctly.
I had to call him again because now my bathroom toilet was leaking. Once again he saved me.
I will never have any other plumber do any work in my house. I highly recommend him he can fix any plumbing issue with ease. He is honest, professional and cleans up any mess that was made while doing the repair.

My main line was backed up again.... Not something I wanted to deal with. My friend told me to call Drain King and I had a plumber at my house in 3 hours!!
