Han B.Toilet was leaking from the base due to a broken flange. Drain King was the first to respond and was able to schedule consultation immediately. Flange was old and cracked in certain areas so needed to be replaced. It had to be cut away and total process took several hours. Was very happy with the work and explanations of what needed to be done in advance of each step. Would fully recommend Drain King for any type of plumbing repair.

I was grateful that Rob, the owner was very responsive to my inquiry. He was able to come out early the next day to give a camera inspection right away. Rob is also very patient to explain the cause and the various solutions for fixing the pipe.
Throughout the repairing process of two days, Rob was able to give me updates on the progress, and he and his crews work long hours for two days to fix the pipes as well as changing the opening of the pipe to how it should be set up properly. Rob took great care of the surrounding area of my garage and also clean up nicely after the project. He is very professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend Rob for any drain issues!
