Eduardo installed a new faucet in our bathroom. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When I asked him to repair my kitchen faucet, he gave me an honest response that it was not worth spending money on labor on a faucet that old. He was recommended by a friend of mine and I have recommended him to my friends.

I had a leaking problem from the underground water pipe near the front of my garage, and I had been lazy calling for a service, as there are so many plumbers out there. And my wife warned me by saying like 'what if it would cost over some thousands dollars?', or 'we should get as many as quotes from various service providers', which made me more lazy. One day, I decided to contact anyone and saw the nice reviews from Yelp, and picked up this company. I called and in the late evening (probably after a day's work), Jamie came to my home, and gave other suggestions (not a way to get more money, but as it should be) like replacement of very old galvanized pipes around it and also broken (which I didn't know) regulator accompanied with a very reasonable quote. Next morning like 9am, two guys came, and finished the job within 1 hour 30 mins. Now I can sleep without worrying anymore! Thank you. Ah.. one other pros: They get a credit card! -- which could be a good relief when you are in need of unexpected expenses.

First time posting a review....I hope this is helpful! Short summary - Great service, high quality work, and an experienced plumber who knows how to solve problems.

A few years ago my pilot light burned out on my water heater. I searched yelp and found Fantastic Rooter. Eduardo came out and explained to me how to relight it, and was able to come out at the last minute notice to help us out.

Fast forward to today, June 7th, 2016. I as I am pulling out of my driveway this morning, I saw a poodle of water near the water heater, and slowly leaking out of the garage. After researching a few options from the road, I called Home Depot, Lowes, and Fantastic Rooter. Eduardo was the first one to physically come over and give me a free inspection. I decided to go forward with Fantastic Rooter because it was clear he knew what he was doing, and he did a great job before.

He confirmed that I needed a new water heater (it was 15+ years old!). He did a high quality job, installing the parts, charged me market rate for the service and was very professional! He also helped explain to me how to use the new water heater and how to flush it every 6-8 months.

When you have a backed-up sink flowing out into your showers, you definitely don't want to wait a minute longer than you have to in order to get it fixed. I didn't have to wait AT ALL!

I went on Yelp, read the amazing reviews about Fantastic Rooter, sent them an email at 10pm and by 6am, Jaime had responded and showed up at my house at 8:15am. Problem found and fixed by 8:45am. He was friendly, professional and fast. I LOVE THEM - and while I hope I don't need a rooter service ever again - I know exactly who I would call.

Fantastic Rooter came out after hours on 20 minute notice to help us with a plumbing emergency. Eduardo fixed it on the spot, and it wasn't a simple fix. The area where he worked was cleaner after he left than before. All in all, very professional job! The company actually has a person who answers the phone, not voicemail. And she was extremely helpful in tracking getting someone out to help us! We found our new go-to plumber!
