Eduardo has been working with us for over 15 years. He and his team just put in copper piping- something he has told me I needed to do forever. It was a big job and they were here for 12 hours! He showed us how rusted and clogged the 100 year old piping was-- we were all amazed it held out and we didn't have a disaster. Eduardo and fantastic rooter are the best! They were not only very professional they went far beyond what they had to do. The line had sludge in it and closed after the rooter came out. They brought out a large machine towed by the truck to use high pressure to blow out the sludge after dark. They were more than reasonable about the cost. We were saved from a bad situation.

This business is the most unprofessional one I have dealt with in recent times. I called their office almost 3 weeks ago to schedule work to be done at a rental property that I own. I spoke with a Jasmine.

They were a no-show and kept my tenant waiting and eventually they ended up rescheduling for the week following. Once again the following week they kept my tenant waiting and did not show.

My tenant and I called them all of last Saturday to find out where they were. Their office did not answer our calls nor did the plumber. Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. If you value your time do not waste your time with these guys.

Top notch plumbers! Had an issue with a toilet leak and also a bad toilet fill valve. At the recommendation of our contractor, called Jaime of Fantastic Rooter. He wasn't able to make it so he had Gerry (Gerardo) come out to take a look. He was able to quickly detect the source of the leak (wax seal) and fixed it. Also, looked at the fill valve. He didn't have the exact same valve but one that was similar. He installed it but due to the shape of the new valve, the tubing placement wasn't ideal. He tried a bunch of different configurations for the tubing but it still didn't work. So we decided to have him order the new valve from the toilet company and he would come back to reinstall (which would require pulling up the whole toilet again). He didn't charge me at all for the visit as the toilet wasn't fixed yet. The valve was backordered so it took a while to get it. But when he got it, he contacted us to set up a time to reinstall. Our work schedules were pretty busy so he actually came in on a Sunday afternoon to reinstall the valve. It required pulling the whole toilet up again but there were never any complaints. Gerardo did an outstanding job and was extremely pleasant and professional the whole time. Never thought I'd enjoy meeting and talking to a plumber but I really enjoyed working with Gerardo. Excellent work and service!

The water supply control for a toilet was dripping and I needed someone to fix it quickly. We also needed to install a new toilet. From the time of my phone call to having a new toilet installed and fixing the flush mechanism of two other toilets was done in under two hours. Jaime had fantastic attention to detail and went the extra mile; he fixed a broken toilet paper holder without me mentioning it. He also changed another water control valve because he noticed it was weak for no additional charge.

I can say that there is no need for me to go to another plumber. Jaime came out to my condo to fix my shower and my sink and did it for a fair price. If you're looking for an honest plumber look no further. He is professional, knowledgeable and efficient, he had a shower and a sink that hadn't been used in 10 years up and running in no time.
