I was keep waiting for over two and a half hours beyond the time they said they would arrive. Each time I called I was told to wait another 15 minutes. I am sure they knew the approximate time they would arrive but could not be truthful because they were concerned they would lose the job. If they had been honest, I would have left my house and returned.

When the plumbers arrived they were great. They unclogged the toilet, put in a new pump, in replaced the handel. It cost $250 after a $25 discount for the inconvenience they caused by their lateness. The plumbers apologized that I treated badly.

I had another company there and they couldn't figure it out I called family plumbing at 12am (midnight) and a man named walter came from family plumbing and pulled the cover off the boiler and played with a few wires and it looked like brain surgery to me lol but he got up looked at me and told me what it was and how much it was gunna be. I gave him the okay to do the job and he did it and within 15-20 min he was on his way out the door. he was very respectful and friendly they are a great company and I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for Any plumbing need I have. It's nice to have a good honest plumber. We even hung out for a few moments when he was done. When in doubt call family plumbing to figure it out.
