Zack did an oustanding job for our family, and I can't emphasize enough how much he was the opposite of every other plumber I tried to hire to fix our leak. In my resarch, I found tons of fake reviews and plenty of companies that use independent contractors that aren't employees of their companies, were rude/gross/incompetent, and I also had to pay more than one plumber to come out and give me an estimate, just in the hopes of getting quality advice and work. Nothing worked, until I came across Family Plumbing on both Google and Yelp. I called, left a voicemail, Zach called me back within a couple of minutes, he actually listened to my problem, wasn't scared away, nor did he jump to conclusions, but he did say he could come *right away*. He showed up within 20 minutes, was respectful, wore shoe covers (again, the opposite of all other plumbers I found), took time to listen and do some good detective work at a reasonable price, and ultimately found and fixed the problem, also at a reasonable price and in the same afternoon. He's a real person, a high-quality professional, and a respectful, efficient worker that I highly recommend.

I had originally written a long narrative review about Zack Long and Family Plumbing Services LLC. I thought it would be helpful to include lots of details about my plumbing project (replacing a 10+ year old kitchen faucet that turned out to be a beast to remove + some supply line leaks) and Zack's plumbing expertise. I was wrong -- so many details that the message gets lost in translation. Here's all you need to know: Zack Long is an extraordinary plumbing professional. He holds a Master Plumber license (the highest level achievable) and it shows. He is 101% reliable, responsive, honest, knowledgeable and skilled. His business ethics are rarely found today -- he cares about what the quality of his work and complete customer satisfaction. Aside from all that, Zack is polite and personable, and really listens to questions and concerns, plus he's a really, really nice guy. Not if, but when, I need more plumbing help, Zack is now my ""go-to"" guy. Don't hesitate to give Zack a call for your plumbing needs, big or small.

I highly recommend Family Plumbing Services! We had an emergency water leak on a Saturday at our commercial office building - water was pouring out of our water heater in our ceiling. We called a number of plumbers who advertised that they offered emergency services and they all offered Monday afternoon as the earliest they could assist. Zack promptly took our call and then showed up, on time as promised! He was polite, professional and empathic to our situation. He provided a detailed cost of repairs on site and then worked quickly to make our repairs, keeping us informed the entire time. More importantly was the quality of work - he installed a new water heater, corrected drain line issues, and left the job site clean and tidy.
