Wonderful customer service! Easy to talk to and talks to you in a way you'll understand what's going on. Friendly service on the phone and in person! Showed up when they were supposed and even came back for a follow up to make sure the problem was taken care and answered any other questions. Unbelievable. I had Mike Diamond and Rescue Rooter out giving me quotes and they both quoted over $200 to clean my tub drain and I was STRESSED about the money. Then along comes Emmett with Family Plumbing with a super reasonable quote ($129 cuz I had draino in it), came out quick, then pointed out I had the tub lever set to closed and charged me nothing. An HONEST and incredibly reasonably priced plumber. Sure I'm embarrassed that I had such a blonde moment but I'm grateful that he just laughed with me and was totally gracious.
