In my many years of home ownershipI have worked with many plumbers and regretfully foud many crooks. The large and national cpmpanies are in my experiece the worst and most ridiculous in cost and service.

These guys did my rather high cost job and did a good job! Now I know a good plumber, finally!

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumbing job. We had NO idea how much we were being over charged for the job they did, and when they came out the job was done wrong so we have to wait another 5 days to have our refrigerator water line hooked up. The owner, Emmet, was sarcastic and referred to me as dude when I called to complain. Save yourselves the trouble, do your research and find a company you can trust!

I want to thank all those who work at family Plumbing and router. From the very first phone call I received fantastic help and service. I was notified first thing in the morning about my schedule time and the gentleman showed up right on schedule. They worked very quickly and fixed the problem. Even though that may not seem like a big deal to top it off I went into the room afterwards thinking I'd have to clean up the mess in the shower because every other plumber that has ever come has left a huge mess. Not only was it clean but from the time I walked into the room I could smell the very fresh scent of a cleaner that have been used on top of washing down any dirt or mess that was left in the tub from cleaning the tub. I will definitely be keeping their business card handy and call them whenever I have a plumbing need in the future.

I just moved to my new place and didn't know any plumber. I needed a few things to be fixed. Just happened that Anthony came to fix the sink at my work. He was very nice and professional. So I had him to come to my house to fix the kitchen waste disposal and the shower handles and hooked my washing machine. I'm so happy with everything he did. He is very nice and professional and explained well and on time. So glad I found a great company and I will definitely have him again when I need something fixed around my house
