I have used Family Plumbing, Heating & Air for years & they never disappoint! Their service & prices just can't be beat.

Recently Doug Brewer came to fix my heater & air conditioner which had stopped working. I was in a panic that I would need to purchase new units. But, Doug figured out the problem was in the wiring & he fixed it up in no time. I couldn't have asked for a better price or a nicer Specialist!!!!

Had observed a very slow leak from an aging shower spigot, (not an emergency) and reached out to Family Plumbing Heating and Air and was able to have someone come out the next day. When the plumber ( Jose) arrived he was very polite and personable. Although initially there for the shower repair he offered to look at anything else in the home that we had questions about which was great as we weren't sure if we wanted to take the small jobs on ourselves or just have him knock them out since he was there anyway. He was never in a rush and he carefully looked at all of our plumbing concerns. We had some sticky bathroom faucets / tub spouts that needed replacement and areas that needed fresh caulking. He was never pushy about doing these jobs for us and just let us decide. Thankfully he was able to perform all of the tasks keeping him at our house most of the day. Clearly high quality craftsmanship seemed to be his top priority and we really appreciated they he let us know what was occurring throughout the repairs/replacements. We were very pleased with the end results for all tasks as he also carefully cleaned all work areas.

We had a plumbing emergency while cleaning out our parents house to prepare for sale. We were without water as we needed to turn it off to prevent further leaking. I couldn't find anyone to come to Ramona same day. As it was already afternoon. They were so nice and fit us in to the schedule. Saved us!! The plumber who came was honest and also kind. Highly recommend their services! A neighbor recommended Family Plumbing while we were searching so that's a plus. We can't thank them enough.

I called the folks at Family Plumbing, Heating and Air when our furnace quit working during very cold, snowy Xmas weather at Lake Cuyamaca!!! First of all, the other companies we called wouldn't come out because we lived outside their service area. The Family was very responsive and reassuring during this stressful situation. Julio came out ASAP and correctly diagnosed a freakish problem that occurred during the original furnace installation. Professional and knowledgeable, Julio gave us a fair estimate for a good quality replacement furnace. The installation team was THE BEST!!! We are extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to use The Family Company for our repairs in the future! Great people to work with! THANKS

I am truly not one to post reviews, but I have used the services of Family Plumbing multiple times in the last 2-years (the most recent today) and I have found everything about my experiences with their organization 5-star. They communicate directly and pleasantly when you call for service. Their technicians arrive on schedule, are competent, respectful & polite, work efficiently and clean-up before they leave. Consistently, the costs they charge for their services seem reasonable and they never try to upsell you. They deserve this 5-star review.

Needed someone to come out to fix gas leak near furnace in attic. House in escrow and home inspector put this on the inspection report. Called at 7:45 this morning and she dispatched a plumber right away! Gave me the first appointment! Plumber called when he was almost at the house. Plumber fixed it and checked the gas around the water heater without me asking him to. NO CHARGE because we bought the HVAC and water heater within the last 2 years. Excellent service! Office happy to email me an invoice to show work was done, too. We are very happy customers today! I recommend this company!

Family plumbing heating & air conditioning. LIARS!I called to schedule repair on a leaking outside faucet. As soon as ""the guy""answered the phone I knew I had used him before and remembered that it was a bad experience. They even had my address on file so I knew I was correct. Anyway, got a appointment that day but a hour later they called to reschedule because they had several emergencies for customers that needed service on their a/c units. Maybe people should service their units BEFORE the temps hit 90+ degrees. Just saying. Anyway, we rescheduled for the next day for a window of 8:00-10:00 am. 11:30 rolled around so I called the place. Got the same ""guy"" and he told me the tech was on his way. Asked where he was coming from and he said Ramona. ""Oh, so it'll be only a few more minutes"". The ""guy"" confirmed that. However, I knew he was handing me a line of BS because he never paused to see where his tech was or to confirm who I was. Whatever. I waited another 1 1/2 hours then called again and got the daughter in law of the owner ""the guy"" I assume. She was very sweet and said she was sorry that ""the guy"" had told me that because the tech was still at another job but I was the next in line. Ok, it's now 2:00 and the day is a loss so I wait. And wait. And wait. I finally called at 2:30to cancel and I get the service. Really? So I told the service to cancel my appointment, that I will go with a more reliable service. One that doesn't lie. Why can't these service people just tell you the truth in the first place? So this is the 2nd time I have called this outfit. I have since put a big X across their page so I won't be foolish enough to use them again.
