Would give 10 stars if I can. Dino is very fast to respond to questions and just gets the job done. Omar is also awesome, very knowledgeable and I appreciate him being patient to explain things. Old good values in the trade that any customer will and can appreciate. A little bit of hiccup with install didn't affect the over- all quality of the job. Good network of people that supports a great install for central AC.
Would stick with this company from now on.

Doug was quick, efficient, professional, and overall just an honest, cool guy! We had an issue with our AC as some of the air ducts were not blowing. Nick came over and diagnosed the issue. He was very professional and easy to talk to.

my air conditioner went out and family plumbing responded quickly (same day on a weekend) and did a fantastic job. their prices were reasonable and then they gave me a military discount. They treated me so good they have a customer for life. I just cant say enough good things about family plumbing

Our AC went out at some point last night. We contacted 5 HVAC companies for repair around 5am. Family plumbing sent a technician out first thing at 8. Doug, the technician, was able to determine the issue and repair it in an hour. Super thankful they were able to help us out on one of the hotter weeks this summer! Doug was super kind, professional and efficient. He mentioned he was on day 8 of working. I know they're super busy this time of year so we truly appreciate their hard work, dedication and responsiveness. Would definitely recommend this business and use them in the future.

We upgraded our kitchen and bathroom faucet. Darrell changed them out for us. He had great customer service. Timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable. We liked that he gives you lots of information so you can make your own decision about your projects instead of feeling like you have a person pushing product or unneeded upgrades. We've used Family Plumbing and Heating in the past and will use them in the future too.

They had someone available the same day, and even called me to let me know they were available sooner than they originally quoted, which was great for us. Omar showed up right on time within the window given to us. He was so very courteous and professional as well as knowledgeable in his trade. Very clean and thorough in explaining what he did.
