We were quoted a price for fixing an AC drip pan in the attic. Julio figured out our builder used 1 pan not the usual 2 pans. He didn't fix anything but still charged us $550.00 for 1 hour! We called the manager, Dino TWICE & he said he would discuss the amount with Julio to determine validation. Dino never called us back but charged our credit card. We won't use this company again.

The company provided quick response and high quality work. I've known the family for 30 years and trust them and their work. Omar showed up 30 minutes after I called Dino and informed him I had a leak in my water service. Omar was professional and courteous and installed the new service with a swing joint to ensure seismic relief. The homeowners association was responsible for the repair at Oaktree Villas in Bear Creek, but they denied the service, as I was told it was ""within the bearing walls"". Therefore I was disgruntled with our homeowners board and Avalon property management company. It's nice to have a reputable plumber when your own HOA refuses to provide contracted services. Thx Omar, you made the repairs bearable.

I have been using these guys sporadically as needed over the last 20 years which included more than one hot water pipe reroute- last time I just had them reroute ALL the hot water pipes (thanks Brian!). Guys have cleared out my sink and also just recently got new water heater (thanks Nick!). For plumbing I have always found them to be priced competitively, good warranties (they stand by their work), and they do what they say they will. Although I am hoping I don't see them again any time soon (really, how many plumbing issues can one house have ?!), if the need arose, I would not hesitate to call them.

We had had good experience in the past with Bercks Family Plumbing. We had a relatively straightforward plumbing job, replacement of 2 bathroom sink fixtures. The technician came out and was unable to complete the job as he needed ""more parts"". He was scheduled to come the next day at noon, and by 2:30 PM we had heard nothing, so I called. He was ""unable to find the correct parts"" so was going to come back on Monday morning. Our bathroom sink was not working over the weekend. We were told he would be back between 8 and 10 Monday. He actually showed up at 1:30 after several phone calls wondering where he was. He proceeded to spend several hours and supposedly completed the job. Late Monday evening we noticed the sinks were both leaking at the drains. We called back next morning and they sent another plumber out later that day who supposedly solved the problem saying the P drain was cross threaded and just had to be put back on correctly. He said he checked for leaks without any seen. We looked a few hours later and there was continued leaking. The first plumber had also stated our water heater thermostat was broken and we were at high danger for an exploding tank. We started to get suspicious and gave up on Family Plumbing, called another plumber who was recommended to us. He came promptly the next morning, fixed the leak (he said the problem was no plumbers tape or putty used in replacing the drain), easy fix. He also checked the water heater, which had just been replaced about 5 years ago, and verified all was working properly, no need for replacement. Will never call Family Plumbing again.

I would give them zero stars if that were an option.

They did a great job. Came same day ..almost immediately. Fixed the problem we were having with our two toilets at a reasonable price ! Jorge was very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

We have used Bercks family plumbing for over 30 years for plumbing and HVAC needs. We have seen many technicians come and go. For the last five years, Matt Niven has been our favorite technician. He comes here immediately for emergencies, is very friendly and professional, completes the job promptly, and does excellent work. We highly recommend him. Thank you Matt!

This business has done work for the owner and previous renters at our address before, so after a high estimate from another establishment we gave them a call to run a camera . Darrell arrived in the Am spent a good 1.2 hours running the snake and was able to brake through. The camera he grabbed wasn't working so he ran back to the shop and made another attempt. Unfortunately the head on this one was two big. But he called the office and they put a work order in to return and run the smaller camera once it's repaired. The company through in a container of bio clean for the inconveniences. He took a quick look again under our sink made a quick fix. The line is now flowing once more and he will return to run the camera to be sure it was just a back up because of a clog. All in all good service, friendly and informative. I'm satisfied with the service.
