My water pipes were making a squeaky noise & Family Plumbing said it was the pump in one of the toilets & the sound from that was carrying through the house & that's what I was hearing.

I was so worried it was a major problem & I always get nervous hiring help because I'm not sure I trust them not to tell me I need more work done than necessary. Jose Garcia & Stephen assessed the problem & said it was no big deal. Just a new pump in that toilet fixed it all. Plus, they fixed some minor facet issues.

Two of the nicest plumbers I've ever worked with!!! I've used this company many times for a new air conditioner, water heater & furnace. All the employees are always nice & the price is right, but Jose & Stephen were exceptionally patient with me & totally made my day!!!!!

It was a great experience having Family Plumbing work on replacing my AC/Heater furnace. They gave me a quote and walked me through the process, every step of the way. Dino did a fantastic job, accelerating communication to get the job squared away. Their Technicians Julio and Florencio did an outstanding job! They were able to tackle other unprecedented issues from my AC refrigerant, until everything was up and running, and my central AC was working in perfect conditions. They respond immediately and are available seven days a week and do not upcharge on weekends. My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air in the middle of this heatwave. I called Dino who told me they were swamped and might not get out to me for 2 days. I told him I have pets in my home & was worried about them. Dino fit me in next day and sent out Gee. Gee not only diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately but he arrived much earlier than I expected. Gee was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've been a customer of Family Plumbing Heating & Air for 5 years. I want to thank Dino & Gee for fitting me in and getting my air conditioner up & running so efficiently. we are in the process of seeking a lawyer, close friend of our family for 40+ years. when someone installs 100% entire new piping in your home,
and the new copper piping corrodes so fast that it bursts a leak in multiple sections and joints within 7 months?
they will be hearing from our attourney. and yes, we plan on recoverying at least 90% of the original several thousand we put into their cash register.
not upset anymore, because we are going to be fully reimbursed, per the opin of our lawyer. just do your research before hiring a plumber.
don't do your research and expect a clown plumber to show up and not only do a horrible install/repair, but also lease your home open to water leaks and potential floor destruction in the process. do not be fooled by fast talking clown plumbers!

My A/C wasn't blowing cold air, right at the start of summer. not good! found these guys on Yelp, had plenty of good reviews so I sent a Yelp message as to my issues. got an immediate response & they had Julio out to my house in less than an hour. he was great in diagnosing & explaining what he found & how he could fix it. no overselling or trying to talk me into something other than what was needed. he was finished in less than an hour & now we have actual A/C in the house! YAY! they will be my go to for any additional HVAC issues in the future. Thanks!

Through many years of using Yelp, I can literally count the number of reviews I've written on one hand mainly because I just don't like taking the time to write them even though I heavily rely on other people's reviews when choosing a vendor/company. However, I think Family Plumbing really deserves this recognition. I had sent out a Yelp quote request for a kitchen faucet replacement. Family Plumbing was among one of the fastest responses and had the lowest estimate. Even so, I went with a plumber I had used before which ended up being a total waste of my time. I will spare the annoying details cause what's really important is how Family Plumbing saved the day for me! Granted, my job wasn't an emergency but after dealing with a loose faucet for months, I did not want to wait another day.

I messaged Dino immediately after the first plumber left expecting him to set up an appt for the next day but he sent Jose & Steve within a couple of hours! They are very cool guys and I instantly felt comfortable having them in my home to do the work. They did mention the quote I received was for a bathroom faucet but they still honored the price. Jose even came back to help me figure out how to get the touchless functionality working. Dino is super responsive, timely, and professional which I truly appreciated. All in all, a great experience and will definitely hire them again.

I'm a Christian and the day before I was noticing a funky smell and my garbage disposal stopped working. I ran errands and two different plumbing trucks drove in front of me for some time. I told the Lord, I dont need a plumber, I have property management.

Well on my way home I'm driving and the big, fun rainbow truck of Family Plumbing pulls up beside me, 40 years in the business, picture of a family. That truck stayed beside or in front of me for 20-30 minutes, enough that it left an impression.

I emailed property management and they said clogs are my responsibility! Well the Lord was right per usual! I knew just the plumber to call, the one the King of Kings personally recommended, Family Plumbing.

I definitely had some anxiety but Darrell came by and did a full inspection, his calm and peaceful demeanor coupled with his years of experience was beyond wonderful. The rate was very reasonable, less than other competing plumbers.

I highly recommend Family Plumbing and I get the very strong sense the Lord does too! Hire them today.
