This company is a really nice profressional team. I spoke to Andy and he sent over his son Dustin to take a look at the water leak under the kitchen sink. Dustin was able to fix the issue as the part was on the truck. He is a great guy and they have a loyal customer with me and my husband. Don't settle for less as they are pro's!!!!

We had a leak from the half bath shower. Andy came out to our house the same day to evaluate the problem. He assessed the problem and gave us a reasonable quote. Andy arrived on time got the job done quickly. He said the job went smoother than expected and knocked $100 off the job. We had three plumbers come out, one of the plumbers wanted to change all the pipes under the house ($17000). Andy quoted $350 and like I said after the job going smoother than expected $250. I would recommend Family 1st plumbing and Andy in particular to anyone who needs a plumber. Great experience

We had an emergency issue with our grey water system. Our house is in a fairly remote part of town, so I was surprised when Andy was able to respond that same day. He came up, proposed a fix and talked me through what caused the problem. He also had some great suggestions for some cost-effective DIY things I could do to maintain our water systems - he wasn't fishing for new business, just wanted to help us out!

He took care of the issue promptly, was reasonably priced and I learned a lot out of the whole thing. We'll definitely go back to him next time we need some help.

After having one company come and couldn't fix my mom's kitchen sink, I called Family 1st Service Plumbing! Amazing work!
He was funny, personable, and very honest. Showed me and my 91 year old mom what he was going to do. He told us it wS mostly old grease, and after auguring the drain....Viola! The water ran down very quickly.
The other plumber from Pied Piper said he would have to use a high pressure washer and literally blow out the pipes..no way! I did t want debris all over the kitchen and bathrooms! Plus he did t have the equipment with him.
Will use Family 1st again!

I had hired someone to replace some landscape drainage but they ended up busting a hose bib on the side of my house. They didn't even tell me about it and tried to cover it up by turning off our water, so when I arrived home from work I noticed a water pressure problem inside the house. I fired the guy immediately and started looking for a plumber to get things repaired. It wasn't a terrible leak but it needed to be addressed fairly quickly. I reached out to Andy that evening and left a message not expecting a call back until the next day. Several minutes later Andy called me back. He was able to come to my house the next morning at 8am to assess the damage and provide an estimate. When he arrived he found that not only was the hose bib broken but an irrigation pipe in the ground was broken as well. Andy was able to get everything resolved that day, as well as putting in a new main water valve - our old one was incapable of completely shutting off the main water supply. Since I wasn't home at the time he completed the work, he texted me photos. Andy saved the day!
