Mr. Ruiz is a small general contractor / plumber that serves the San Diego and Temecula area. He did small jobs like venting a cloths dryer and making window screens to larger jobs like installing a new shower valve. He worked extremely well with my electrician and I could trust him in my house without me being around. All estimates were met and reasonably to below market value priced. Mr. Ruiz took a significant amount of time to explain the problem and the process. All work was completed in a the time that he estimated it would take. I used Mr. Ruiz on three different occasions.
