I had an appointment for some plumbing work with arrival between 8-12. Luis finally arrived after 3pm. Got an estimate of $1792.00 to replace an outdoor spigot and add 2 shut off valves and 2 outlets for drainage. I agreed to the service call fee so was stuck paying $106 for wasting a day of my life. Trust me, look elsewhere!

Liars, thieves and incompetence. Stole $737 as they did nothing, totally incompetent work. Another plumber had to come in and fix the problem. Stay away from them.

Preventive maintenance on furnace was top quality. It is of good value. The tech Brandon, was very professional and informative. Johnny the sales rep. was very informative about how to take advantage of valuable offers if needed.

They came to my house to conduct a pre-winter maintenance check. I was told my furnace had dangerously high CO2 levels and that by law, they must disable it. They also checked my hot water heater and said that needed to be replaced.. they quoted me $6300 for replacement furnace, and $2800 for a hot water heater.

I called another local company for a second opinion. This company did a complete inspection and showed me everything they were doing.. the final analysis was that my furnace had no issues. The water heater had a pinhole that was not causing any issues at this time.

My opinion is that the Falso Techs and the Falso sales person that was with them tried to scare me by stressing how unsafe my furnace was. I believe this was just an effort to convince me to purchase brand new equipment that didn't need to be purchased.

One of the worst services I have ever witnessed. My boiler broke so I had no hot water or heat, they had to come over 3 times before they figured out the Primary circulator pump was bad. The tech changed it and 12 hours later it stopped working again and came up with an error code. The tech said it was common it needed a couple of days before it would be working again. long story short they had to come back out and they tried charging me $2500 because my piping was the issue. (That wasn't the problem) I had a different company come in and they found that the primary circulator pump was installed incorrectly and it failed because of it. They changed the pump and works great since. I called Falso 12 different times to get my money back because they have a 100% guarantee and everytime the lady that answers the phone gives me so excuse why the general manager that deals with refunds isn't available and he'll call me back but he never has. Terrible customer service, stay away.

They are a bit of a cluster you know what. My air conditioner for my office went down. I have a service contract. I called. They said we're very busy. Someone will get back to you. Nobody ever got back to me. They fired.

Furnace was not working. They charged $80.00 to change the batteries in the thermostat. SERIOUSLY $80.00??!! We already have a yearly maintenance plan that includes all visits that we pay for.

Had to request service right away because our furnace stopped working and it was below 32 degrees out with temps falling. It was after hours but they were here within an hour and a half after our call. The techs were very pleasant and thorough, fixed the issue and explained very clearly what was done. We were also given an emailed document of the information and separate receipt. We have a 30 day guarantee for this service call so if there is a problem to call and they will be back at no charge. The charge for the call was reasonable.

Avoid this company. They will push to tell you water tank or furnace is unrepairable to sell you a new product. They are the highest price company and do not guarantee their product or their work. if the equipment fails one day outside of a year even with equipment under warranty they will charge you to replace it. Go with a local plumber or HVAC company that will guarantee their work and have fair pricing.

My A/C stopped working so I called up and instead of asking for details, they just tried to sell me some service plan as soon as I started taking.

They tech was here in two days and he quickly stated that regarding my furnace, ""It blew up,"" and that my unit was so old that replacement parts were not an option.

The prices I was given for a new furnace to make my A/C work was at LEAST $23,000! And then I had to pay them $210.00 just for coming out. FOR WHAT!?! They took two panels off, looked at it and said, ""Yeah this needs to be replaced."" And then the other guy started in on financing options, 10 year plans, monthly payments and other nonsense. Apparently that costs $210!!! For what!?! They didn't even do anything!!!

Luckily I had another contractor here and he pulled me aside and said he could do everything they just offered for less than $4,000 so I immediately gave him the job on the spot.

Don't EVER use these scam artists! They will try to sell you some crazy services you don't need and tell you, ""You're not paying for longevity, you're paying for a quality product and service.""

Also they told me their payment plans are for 10 years and that's about how long the unit will last. Great, so as soon as I pay it off I gotta buy a new one. Forget these guys and get someone local who isn't just out for your money.
