Great compnay! After All Express plumbing couldn't clear the clogged main line we called Fallbrook Rooter and Drain. It was late in the afternoon and the owner Jeff took my call. After explaining we were without sewer or running water because of the clog he assured me someone would make time to help us. True to his word CJ showed up at about 4:45 pm and within 20 minutes had cleared our clogged main line. CJ was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would use this company anytime I have a plumbing problem.

I am writing this review because I am sooo impressed and so grateful for these guys! I had a blockage in my bathroom last night which prevented my shower from draining and my toilet was backing up. There was even water leaking out from UNDER the toilet bowl. First of all, Jeff returned my call quickly even though it was after hours on a weekend and arranged for Kevin to come out and assess/repair the problem. Kevin was absolutely great! He was kind, patient, explained everything very well, knew what he was doing and had the equipment to do it which put me at ease right away, did not at all seem irritated that he had to show up for a last minute job on a Saturday night and was very careful about keeping things clean. It took three different approaches to clear the blockage but he stayed with it and got the drain open again! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this team!!!

Jeff was on time and figured out where our landscape drain was clogged and cleaned it out in just under an hour. He is very friendly and cleans up after he's done. I recommend him!

Was having a hard time finding a plumber to come out same day to clear a clog in my sewer line. Jeff, the owner saved the day and fixed my problem within a few hours, he squeezed me in between jobs and was very reasonable

My property manager called this shop and had them come out to fix a leak in the main line to my home and sprinkler system. I guess because it was the PM and not me, and because I was not there the shop thinks it is okay to charge me $70 for two tarps and primer and glue... They dug up a section of yard that was about 3' by 3' by 2'... They replaced about 2-3' of pipe with a few fittings. I don't know what they were doing with two tarps or how the heck they used $40 worth of glue and primer, especially when I went tonight and bought a pack at Lowes for about $15 which would do 10 of those jobs...

I have no idea how they felt comfortable charging me for 7 hours of labor. That is crazy! They must have went to the hardware store and grabbed some lunch on the clock while I paid for it.

I am all about supporting small local shops, but not when they take advantage of the situation. This job should have reasonably cost $400, maybe $500, maybe... (an hour to dig, an hour to repair, an hour to clean up the mess and $100 buffer for parts and extras.

I learned my lesson, hopefully you won't have to with this shop.

Had to have a real Hydro jet come in after him to clear the obstruction in the line piss poor operation. Way too expensive
