I recommend Fallbrook Rooter & Drain Service, whom I found on Yelp the day after Christmas. Owner Jeff Smith personally took my call and spent about 20 minutes explaining what my plumbing problem might be based on the information I gave him. He answered all my questions and gave me a good idea what the expenses might be. Smith described the equipment carried on each truck which included multiple heavy duty rooter devices. He assured me that the technician, CJ would do the same when he arrived. CJ arrived on time in a clean plain white work truck (which I appreciated) and carefully listened to me and recommend a repair plan that made sense. Both CJ and Jeff let me know their standard charges without playing any games, which was refreshing. CJ completed the work ahead of schedule and answered several more questions I had about other plumbing issues I had been thinking about. I will call this company for any future plumbing needs.

Couldn't be more happier with Jeff's customer service, and the product he delivered! We called him for a leaky faucet, which required him to replace the faucet and the turn knobs for the valves underneath the sink. He gave me a great price that beat all the other estimates and even went far enough to clean the sink before showing it to me. (The sink had years of hard water buildup from the leak so it was a joy to be able to see the shiny new fixture) Thanks again. Jeff will definitely be calling you for any more of our plumbing needs.

I had another company come out the day before Fallbrook was able to be here and they were not able to clean out the drain, they sent me a bid for jet washing out the line, I declined and waited until Monday for Fallbrook to come, great choice, they were able to clean out the stoppage in less than 30 minutes and saved me five times the cost for the bid from the first company.

Want to leave a god word for Fallbrook rooting & Drain. I noticed a problem on a Saturday late afternoon, called and was surprised that they were able to come in about an hour. Technician CJ was very polite and knew exactly what to do. Had me fixed up in no time and we were back to normal.

I highly recommend Fallbrook Rooter & Drain. In 10 years, we've only had 2 plumbing problems. We have an older home. Both time's, Jeff Smith has come to our home & solved the (unrelated) problem. He is very, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
He makes something so unpleasant, no problem at all. He was running a little late on a previous job and called me, before my appt., to let me know.
