""Mitch"" came over to do an under-the-sink install of an RO system. He claimed that he had done this sort of thing many times. Yet, during the install, he constantly read the directions, as if he never encountered a situation like ours. Ended up taking about 3-3.5 hours, about an hour or so too long. So long, Mitch! You lost our business forever!

All I have to say is wow Mitch you rock I had a 16 year old water heater take a crap on me went and got a new one well when I went to put it in I ran into a whole bunch of issue that where not in my comfort zone but thanks to Mitch and his crew they got it up and running and brought it up to code and cleaned up the huge maze of pipes of water lines now it look professional and cleans if you want the best work in Fallbrook you need to call these guys they are true craftsman very clean work done in a reasonable time and price and there welds on the copper piping are amazing and clean some of the best work I have ever seen thanks again Mitch for getting my home up and running and looking great

We have used Mitch for all types of plumbing issues and always been very happy with his service. Our main line was clogged and he recommended a septic company to dump our septic... great recommendation! Unfortunately, the main still needed to be snaked. Mitch came at a time when we needed a quick response. We were moving my Mom's home and found a broken water line to the refrigerator. Mitch came and fixed it even as we loaded the truck and moved. Wow. What a breath of fresh air! My wife and I started our addition and kitchen remodel earlier this year. We needed an experienced plumber to re-route existing lines, install new gas and water lines, and set up our new sinks, appliances, and fixtures. When Mitch first arrived to give us an estimate, our kitchen was already stripped down to the framing and subfloors so we had to provide him with the plans and specs. Not only was he able to provide an estimate on the spot, his price was very reasonable. During the work, Mitch and his crew were spectacular. The quality of the work was outstanding. Even when we had last minute changes, he was able to provide us with reasonable change order prices that didn't kill our budget. Now that we are done, looking back I have to say that out of all of the contractors we hired for our project, Fallbrook Plumbing was by far the most professional and pleasant to work with.
