Moved into a rental May 10th, about a week later the kitchen sink backed up. We called our landlord and he said to call Mitch, he uses him for all his jobs. Mitch comes out and states that he's been out a few time to this residence to snake the kitchen sink. We pay if I remember correctly $130 for him to do so. Less than a month later the sink is backed up again, I decide I'm not going to call Mitch because it seems that whatever he's doing is just a band aid.

Roto Rooter comes out, I tell the guy my story. He immediately goes out to the trap, located underneath the kitchen sink window, opens it up and it's FILLED with sludge!!! Roto Rooter says ""ya, I wouldn't recommend you use that guy again"".

Don't judge someones capabilities in doing their job based on how many years they've been doing it. Mitch supposedly has 35+.......yet he missed this, when a young guy about 30 years old spotted it right away?? Either Mitch is not too bright or he neglected on purpose so that he could keep collecting money to snake it every time it would inevitably back up.

I wish I could get my money back!!!

We had a broken hot water line in our concrete foundation.We had two plumbers give us very expensive estimates for the repairs.We then called Fallbrook Plumbing who gave us an alternative way to repair it by using a pex line. This wound up saving us a lot of money. We will highly recommend them.

After some very poorly-planned DIY plumbing on my part (which involved a pipe breaking and me getting an unwelcome under-sink face washing), Fallbrook Plumbing was able to get out within 48 hours and get me all patched up. They swapped out both hot and cold water registers, re-attached my RO system and even made the piping for my fridge go through the RO system so now we have cleaner ice. I threw them a curveball by asking them to install a touch faucet head (which another plumber just flatly refused to do, crazy enough) and they were in and out in a matter of a couple of hours. Their prices are comparable to other plumbers and I was happy to pay to avoid another ""incident"". Great guys, intelligent, kind, professional, fast and thorough.

Mitch and his crew are wonderful! They installed a vanity in my guest bathroom that required some construction and they did a beautiful job. They even cleaned up afterward, that doesnt always happen in construction. Mitch is a great guy and does his very best to fit you in.

We had an estimate from another company indicating there was a slab leak. After reviewing the leak myself, I noticed the leak was coming from the wall, not the floor. I called Fallbrook Plumbing, spoke with Mitch and he offered to stop by that day. Mitch arrived, quickly assessed the leak to be a leak from a pipe in the wall. He also informed us that some plumbers exaggerate the extent of leaks to charge more. Mitch had it repaired in under an hour. Mitch was very professional and humble and a pleasure to work with.
