Highly do not recommend! I had a water leak. Mike showed up with an attitude from the beginning. Charged me $287 to go into crawl space under the house to search for the problem. He did not locate the problem, charged me $287 and left promising they would have an estimate for me to find and repair the leak. They did not even follow up. What a waste of time and money!!!I then called Doctor's Plumbing (786)282-5599. They came out, immediately identified the problem and repaired it.

I tried to post with no stars but Yelp wouldn't allow it so it really is NO STARS. Originally used Falcon Plumbing for everything. When I first moved into this house, I had several issues (many years ago). Fortunately I didn't have a plumbing problem again till December 2014 and called them since I was used to the excellent service and """"normal"""" pricing. They cleared a stoppage which cost $459, which nearly gave me a heart attack and now I'm having the same problem and because it was over a month ago and it was a stoppage, they confirmed they WILL charge me to come out here but won't say how much since they don't know what the problem is. It is exactly the same problem in a toilet and water coming into bath shower as before. This is a bathroom that is not used. I only found out it was happening when the cleaning lady came to clean and found the issue. I miss Jimmy who used to be with them and the prior owners. Unless you have money to burn and don't care about responsibility over prior work done, don't call them.

I appreciated that service provider called ahead for the appointment. Chris was the plumber who was able to identify the type of pipes in my home using a telescopic camera. We were given a jump drive of the images seen. Excellent job! Chris came prepared with a mask and was very safe in his work. Highly recommend this company!

I would recommend this company. I live down in Homestead and not too many people are willing to travel that far. Thankfully I called Falcon. The service was professional and not rushed. The plumber explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. The customer service was great. Thank you Falcon for quickly and efficiently solving the plumbing issue.

Have underground leak. Plumber came, charged $185 to look around, said he had to speak to a supervisor and left. Never received a call from him, nor the company about fixing the leak. Very un professional. Would not recommend them!!!

Must compare prices before requesting service. I paid twice as much compared to other Plumers that I Used in the past for the same job.

Used to be my favorite plumbing company until they came up with their extremely expensive new book rate pricing. New prices are perhaps four times more expensive than old prices. If you don't ask in advance, you will think your bill is a typo as it likely will be that enormous. On the other hand, Jim is a fantastic plumber (worth a premium price but not a king's ransom) with a positive, creative attitude, if he still comes out to customers anymore. Believe he is now behind a desk. Other plumbers at Falcon are varied in quality but consistent in having almost unbelievably high prices. You've been warned.

I had to download Yelp in order to rate and comment on this business. I wish I could give them a zero star. Customer service is what keeps businesses alive. This company lacks every ounce of it. I scheduled an appointment with their dispatcher. I am an industry professional and I was very specific in describing the scope of work that I wanted to quote at one of my projects. I waited for nearly 3 hours on site, no one called, no one showed. I called them to inquire on the status of their appointment, instead of apologizing for keeping me waiting 3 hours on site, the owner was super rude and annoyed because I was interrupting her and she had to get payroll done. She said she would call me back, yet I heard no response. The following day, I called their office and was disconnected about 8-10 calls. I followed up with an email and again gave a full description for my scope of work and provided the drawings. The only response that I received was that they don't have the manpower to do my job. No apologies for their disregard of my time. My project is a simple renovation, it consisted of installing a new shower pan and new plumbing fixtures in a shower, disconnect and reconnect a vanity and toilet, provide a new water line and drain for a laundry washing machine, and move a kitchen sink 2 feet along the same wall. It's interesting that no one ever bothered to ask what my timeline for this project was. I suppose they're just booked for the next 365 days and that's how they determined that they don't have the manpower to do my job. Or maybe they're just busy doing payroll for the next 365 days...payroll can't be done without jobs to bill so perhaps when the economy slows down they'll think about the importance of customer service.

Most reviews are correct. They have excellent customer service but they are overpriced. I was charged $75 just because the tech came by my house and found that we no longer had an issue with the plumbing. Will definitely never use them again!

HORRIBLE !!!! These guys rescheduled us several times. Finally a technician made it out to the property and totally misdiagnosed the problem. He had diagnosed a toilet leak, unfortunately 2 months and $1,000 later the leak persisted. Upon which we contacted them on several occasions to try and send a technician out again to retest. We were then told on numerous occasions that the technician was busy on another job but that he would call to discuss. We waited several days and finally after approximately 10 phone calls into their office we got a call back from their technician. Apparently this guy was in a very bad mood after being told to return our call. And started yelling at the top of his lungs and dropping F-Bombs after every other word. This reaction from a supposed professional company was so unbelievable, i have never experienced anything like it. We now have an even bigger water bill and have had to hire another company to properly diagnose the problem. BUYER BEWARE!!!
