I had a broken water line in my first floor ceiling and called Falcon at my neighbor's recommendation. Adamo from Falcon showed up very promptly. He was super nice, very neat, clean and efficient, and cleaned up after himself. At first the cost seemed a little high, but then when the repairs were actually done and I saw what had to be accomplished, it was a fair price I believe for the repair. Again, it was very prompt, great service.

Did phenomenal work for the stated price! I've had issues with some other service companies in the past, but its been 3 months since my repairs and I've suffered no more leak or drainage problems. I was skeptical upfront because of the price (seemed a bit high) but everything has held up perfectly which is worth its weight in gold. No more having to call plumbers ever month to fix what the last guy was supposed to have fixed! I know who I'll call the next time I have a problem, these guys.

These people are total pros. Got the recommendation from my neighbor when disaster hit. Showed up on a Sunday, stayed late until the substantial repair to our ancient well was totally done for REGULAR price. Our technician had such an awesome attitude and walked us through the entire mystery of why our well gave out leaving us without a drop of water. Before I called I read all the reviews and asked when I called about the issues identified by other customers. Wendy explained each situation to my satisfaction so I booked the job. So pleased I did! Do not hesitate to call them, you will be so happy you did.

The people and company are very nice. However the prices are ridiculous! I called to have a kitchen sink unstuck & was charged $325! The plumber was in my house about 35 minutes. Won't be using them again!

Used to be my favorite plumbing company until they came up with their extremely expensive new book rate pricing. New prices are perhaps four times more expensive than old prices. If you don't ask in advance, you will think your bill is a typo as it likely will be that enormous. On the other hand, Jim is a fantastic plumber (worth a premium price but not a king's ransom) with a positive, creative attitude, if he still comes out to customers anymore. Believe he is now behind a desk. Other plumbers at Falcon are varied in quality but consistent in having almost unbelievably high prices. You've been warned.

I had a problem """"fixed"""" by them for the cost $1200 plus i had to buy 2 shower faucets well over $200. Now $1400 the problem continues and they want to charge me again to come out and look at the problem. I called Roto-Rooter and they will go and check out the problem at NO CHARGE.

Pros: Called and got a dispatcher immediately. Made an appointment for the next day. Freddy the plumber was fantastic, helpful and an hour an a 1/2 ahead of schedule (with a phone call). He was efficient and figured out my problem wasn't as big as originally thought - then he lowered the price accordingly. Fixed the problems I had, did a great job and cleaned up before he left. Was able to use coupons from their website. Cons: SUPER EXPENSIVE! The dispatcher said she didn't have pricing to give me over the phone. Now I see why. Freddy had a book of prices organized by the work to be done since they don't charge by the hour. Make sense since they are at your home to do the work then they give you the price. You gonna' send them away when the are already there? Overall: I recommend them. Responsive, timely and good work.

AWFUL AND EXPENSIVE!!!! After reading the positive reviews on Yelp I happily called and made an appt. The receptionist was extremely friendly and I was given an appt for the next day from 8-9am. On the day of the appt. I did not receive a call from the technician until 9am to state he was in traffic and would be late. He did not arrive until 10:30am. After explaining I had 3 leaky faucets and 1 leaky toilet he presented me with an estimate of $850 for all the work. Only $80 of it was for parts, the rest was for labor as he was charging labor for each individual item instead of once for the entire visit. I told him it was way too expensive and was only interested in fixing my leaky toilet for now. He stated he would knock off the $150 charge for the toilet and do everything for $700. I told him it was still way too expensive for such simple work. Needless to say after $150 and an hour's work, the toilet was already leaking the next day. When I called the company to complain they stated they would resend the same technician the following day (again between 8-9am) as it was their error that the toilet was not properly fixed. The day of the second appt he had not arrived by 10:30am. When I called the company, the receptionist apologized stating the technician had a """"family emergency"""" and was supposed to have notified me. When I said he had not, she quickly said she would have him call to see when he could arrive. When the technician called a few minutes later he merely stated """"I'm sorry."""" No explanations for his lack of professionalism. When he finally presented himself at 11:15am, again there was no explanation. I pray he fixes the problem so that I do NOT ever have to use this company again!!!! I don't know if I had the misfortune to have an unprofessional and bad technician but at this point I am unwilling to give this company another chance. Use at your own risk!

Well, I decided to try them based off of your reviews. First off, I was thrilled to get a live person and not an answering service! The lady was very pleasant and worked to dispatch someone within the hour as my lines were backing up- ugh nasty! Originally was going to charge me $340 as it was a holiday weekend but was nice enough to lower it to $220 as I couldn't afford it, I just had to fix the a/c tthat same week! then again there was part of me that wondered if they could have charged that price to begin with. Normally during the week I would have paide 120 so you be the judge..

Problem was solved, however they are expensive!! Over $300 charged to unclog the main drain line; slightly under 2 hrs of work, 1 person. The guy did show up on the agreed upon time and the issue happened on a saturday. There are cheaper option s out there be sure to shop around so that you don't get """"hosed""""!
