WIthin a year of purchasing a new home, we discovered that the water heater was incorrectly installed. Falcon plumbing did the initial installation, but denied any responsibility without even looking at the water heater. They would not even speak to me directly. I offered them numerous chances to correct the problem. You would think they would at least claim some fee for the repair. Apparently, they don't need the money.
