For some reason emergencies always happen on the weekend. Particularly plumbing emergencies.

It's hard to get a plumber quickly under the best of circumstances, but on a weekend? Very hard.

The big corporate gorilla Roto-Rooter will charge you $350 and come out day or night. That is just more than I can bear for a clogged bathtub so I was super grateful when Patrick, a small business owner who answers his phone, answered his phone and said he would be available on a Sunday.

I texted him all the information and I didn't hear back. I called again. He answered the phone again. He hadn't gotten my text gave me correct number and went over and had it fixed within an hour for a very reasonable weekend rate.

Problem solved.

My kitchen sink was draining slower and slower. Faithful Rooter was recommended to me, so I called Pat. He was very pleasant on the phone and came to my house the same day. It turns out the plumbing under the sink was not done properly. It did take a while for him to snake out the line and get the water flowing freely. I am very grateful to have a long time problem taken care of. I will save his number for future use and recommend him to my friends.

We called Faithful Rooter with a burst pipe. He came within a couple of hours, fixed the problem, and added better insulation to prevent it from bursting again. Super kind and personable, and made a stressful situation much less stressful. We will call him again the next time we need a plumber!
