Brand new hot water heater took a dump after the lightning storms and power outage. Set appt, showed up when they said they would! I will recommend them to all my customers and family! Shadee M.Came out and did a warranty repair on my water heater. Scheduler/Kristen was friendly and responsive. I got an appointment quickly and the work was performed as expected. The fog horn has vanished! I can't comment on price. This was a warranty job through the water heater company who is contracted with Faith Plumbing & Air. Hence, remember to check your water heater for possible covered warranty repairs. Good luck!
