A Gilroy family local service! Cesar and team including the very responsive scheduler Kristen are great. Friendly, proficient, reliable and practical fixing outside and inside plumbing. My new home's plumbing had not been well maintained which I discovered when I moved in July. Sprinkler lines were broken, main water shutoff valve broken off, water heater 15 years old, etc. He replaced my water heater, washer pressure regulator, re-plumbed outside water line and put in new plumbing and faucets on the other side of the house. I ordered a water softener too. I'm sure I missed something. None of it was easy. He offers practical advice on how to save water and energy. They also do A/C - heating. They are a busy group and worth the wait.

We had an issue with our hybrid heat pump/electric water heater falling down to a lower temperature setting and showing error codes repeatedly. My first instinct was to call another company that we used once and had a decent experience with. The technician from there came in, had *me* google the error code, and recommended I get a new heat pump. He also charged me for the visit.

Unconvinced with that amateur display, I looked up water heater specialists/plumbers in the area and came across Faith Plumbing and Air. I texted the number provided and someone responded promptly in the weekend, even though they were closed. We had an appointment set up. Cesar and Eli came in to look at the unit and gave all possible diagnoses of the system. They conducted some service to the unit and left, telling us they will honor a second free visit if the problem did not resolve.

Sure enough, it did not, and we actually got a new error code. Cesar and Eli then came back and dug deeper into the issue, which turned out to be a dirty air filter to the heat pump. They cleaned it up and we have had no issues since. This is a far cry from the other company that did not even inspect the unit and recommended I get a new heat pump based on the google search I had done.

Also, Kristen, the customer service rep for the company is super sweet. She was kind enough to send us a handwritten note thanking us for our patronage and patience with a couple of minor delays in Cesar coming over to our home the second time.

Our water heater went out on us and Faith Plumbing not only had the part available for the repair but were able to come out after hours the day we contacted them and make the repair. The techs were super friendly and polite. They made short work of the repair and we had hot water again!

Not only have they helped us with plumbing issues, they installed more efficient toilets, installed new faucets, made recommendations for improvements down the line, caught the mistakes of other contractors (like a potentially catastrophic gas leak), helped identify a water leak in our irrigation system, and more. Having had them out on two houses now, they're like family to us.

Cesar and Kristen are amazing! I've had a handful of challenges I wanted to fix, had two other highly rated plumbing services come out but they did the bare minimum. Cesar looked to make sure our house was not just up and running but running at 100%. This included water pressure, our tankless water heater, frozen sink valves, replacing faucets, etc.

Cesar is amazing, whenever I call he is always available. He returns calls promptly and when he says he'll be there he is. Our gas fireplace went out and he cans in found problem and took care of it. I highly recommend Faith Plumbing and Air as the customer service is outstanding as the work is always timely.

Caesar came out and spent about a half hour checking out our toilet that overflowed and leaked downstairs. Since he technically didn't do anything (he said) he didn't charge us. I told Caesar it was his time he took to come out. He told me to just give him a yelp review. I will definitely be using Faith plumbing in the future!! Great customer service. Thank you Caesar!

Update 11/2019: Cesar has come to the rescue yet again for furnace and AC and water heater preventative maintenance. If something is wrong, or is acting weird, he keeps you updated as to what it could be and completes the task.

Again, top notch quality of work and professionalism, and very friendly as always. If he can't be there, he and his office keeps you updated as to why and never leaves you hanging or wondering where or why he didn't show up or will be late.

Quick response to my call. My heater wasn't working. Cesar crawled up in the attic and checked the heater controls, fixed a problem. The thermostat was also non-responsive so Cesar replaced it with a good thermostat. I'm now warm and toasty. Thank you Cesar.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking underneath the sink. I looked online for a plumber and liked the reviews for Faith Plumbing & Air, so I called them. Cesar P. Cazares came out very quickly. We choose the faucet we liked at the local hardware store, and Cesar installed it. He did a great job at a very good rate. The company is a Christian company and we like Cesar a lot.
