So we had leaking stem valves in our old shower. First plummer called (who will remain unnamed but has a catchy 50+ year old jingle) quoted my wife $800 to completely rebuild the valves because they were rusted out. Feeling she got the ""housewife alone and doesn't know any better"" treatment, we went looking for someone else. Fairway was referred to us by our AC guy. Hallelujah. Despite two trips for supplies (due to the age of our valves) he worked quickly and professionally. Was realistic about the condition of the valves and their prognosis over time. His estimate of costs was reasonable. In the end he charged A LOT LESS than the others without tearing it apart and rebuilding it. Would highly reccomend to others.

I needed a high rise toilet installed for a friend that had broken her hip. I didn't have time to shop around. Her kitchen faucet was leaking and apparently had been for quite a while. Again, no time for shopping around. I had to spend my time helping my friend find a care facility as she is in advanced years without family.
I sent photos and dimensions of both jobs and let Derek do his thing.
Derek installed the new toilet and worked around and adapted the install to an improper flooring job so there were no issues with the toilet.
The kitchen faucet was an old disaster and he had the fix and parts to make it right installing a shiny new faucet and sprayer. He even helped me to clean the countertop tile that had hard water deposits from the leaking old faucet.
Fairway Plumbing is dependable, honest and VERY SKILLED. Derek is the Go-To plumber you've always wanted to have.

Derek came out and fixed several problems inside and outside our house. He was quick, professional and reasonable. Our hose bib was leaking and it turned out that the old one was not installed on enough pipe. Derek let us know what the problem was and was up front with us about the difficulty with the repair. I had a minor outdoor spigot leak so I did the Thumbtack thing. That was a mistake. I received one quote for $300. Then I remembered Fairway Plumbing who worked on a neighbor's house. I called Fairway and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Derek showed up early for the appointment. He replaced the leaking spigot in less than a half hour. He even put insulation on the spigot, which it did not have prior to him replacing the old one. Derek charged a very reasonable rate for the repair which was less than half of the $300 quote. I now have a go to plumber in Derek and I will always highly recommend him. Thank you Fairway.

Hands down the best plumber I've ever dealt with. Always returns calls, perfect service, and fair prices. So far Derek has installed a pressure regulator, fixed a leak, installed an outside spigot, and installed a tub/shower valve. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
