I was referred by one of my friends to contact Brad of Fairway Plumbing when I learned that my bolier was leaking and my basement was flooding slowly but surely and my plumber was unavailable to help me. I began to panick thinking of the cost of replacing the unit which several people told me I would have to - except Brad who explained that there's a product that can be poured into the unit and chances of it sealing the crack where the water was seeping was worth a try. The sealer was a $20 investment and guess what? It worked!!! I think Fairway is the perfect name for this company because he could have easily talked me into replacing the unit and doing it under duress . I realize the sealer may be a temporary solution but I am thrilled I was given the chance to use it so I can take my time researching what I want to purchase - it's wonderful to know that there are still honest hard working people out there who do what's right! If you need a plumber look no more as trust is priceless and they certainly have earned mine!

I spoke to the person that answer the phone schedule appointment 2 weeks in advanced, because thay how it is by appointment took a day off from work, called them in the morning to confirm they said technician should be in my house after 3pm guy call me back around 5:30 to tell me he can not make it because he is getting calls for same day for service / paying double the price/ screw you!! obviously charging double the price , meanwhile my appointment was cancelled, I do not recommend this company for any kind of service, not serious, no respect for peoples time, they just care about the money!!!

A serviceman came yesterday and said they would come back first thing in the morning to fix a slab leak. After waiting to 10:30 am, I called and was told they were coming the next day. I told them not to bother. they didn't even call me to let me know.

Before yesterday I would have given them a fuve star review. I had called several times with with heating problems. They were very polite and professional. Responded promptly. There seemed to be a recurring problem with a relay. The first time they admitted the put in the wrong one. Then it need to be changed two more times. They covered it under warranty but said there must be a problem with the wiring.(And now that i think about it maybe becausebof the initial wrong relay THEY PUT IN). So until i got an electrical clearance they would not be covering . Which i felt was fine and fair. Their servive call and prices seemed fair and reasonable. Icalled about a plumbing problem and for an he charged me 325 to change a flange and Johnny ring and put down some structolite. I guess they made their money back. What a disappointment. When i questioned it to the technician. He said that's what they charge. He also knew about the history of the relay fornsome reason. I paid which i realize now i shouldn't have and called the office. There i was told they would look it into it.
I called back later to see what their investigation qould turn up and was told he changed two parts and that they could charge 75 for each part.""Sorry about the sticker shock"" when I countered with the true price of the parts at any Home Depot or plumbing supply parts.

For reasons too long to discuss here, do not patronize this company. They do not take care of their customers. They cannot be trusted. There are plenty of other companies out there that are reputable. Please do your homework first before putting your trust in this company.

The absolute worst customer service. Tech came to house and was supposed to come back next day. Never showed! Called a total of 10 times in 3 weeks and spoke to a live person each time. I was told someone would get back to me each time. Never heard back.

Hired Fairway Burner to do an oil-to-gas conversion after getting estimates from them and two others. We definitely picked the right company, even though their price was not the lowest. Their technicians showed up as scheduled, were careful, courteous, competent. One minor mishap - a tech accidentally broke one pane of the basement boiler room access window. The crew removed the window, fitted a piece of plywood over the opening, sent the window out to be reglazed, reinstalled it, all within 48 hours and at no cost to us. The place was spotless when the job was finished. I would recommend Fairway Burner to anyone.
