My furnace went down on a fridgid January day. Called Fairview heating & cooling, they responded right away, Josh H found the problem right away and even though it was a major breakdown they has the parts within an hour and my heat on that day, great technician,great service. I highly recommend them.

Quoted one product then installed another. I wasn't as concerned if warranty was the same. When I went to register my warranty, I realized I needed some additional info from the installer. Over the course of 3+ weeks I left a number of voice mails and emails. None were returned. Ultimately contacted the manufacturer who had to do some detective work (calling local distributors) to get the required warranty registration info.

On a positive note, they were quick to return initial call requesting a quote and installed within 48 hours. Disappointing that attentiveness didn't last after the install.
