Tyler has always provided reasonable, prompt and excellent work. He is punctual and keeps his appointment times. He provides estimates over the phone which he sticks to in person. He has been reasonable on small cpvc leak repairs and today he replaced our hot water heater. We will continue to use his services in the future.

I reached out to Tyler around midnight since my AC was not shutting off. I wasn't expecting a response at that hour of the night, but he responded! We set up a time for the following day and 10 minutes before he arrived, my AC shut off on its own and started working like normal. I had him come anyway to check it out for peace of mind. Since the system was working like normal he confirmed I really didn't need any work but I should keep an eye out on a switch that caused the original problem. Nice guy and will definitely hire him again for any HVAC and electrical needs. Thanks Tyler!

In addition to doing a high quality job at a fair price, Tyler and his crew went above and beyond what you would expect for an HVAC install. He pushed to get our air conditioner replaced faster than anyone else we talked to because we have little kids in the house. He also discovered that we had a clogged floor drain in the basement and stuck around to snake it out for us. He saved us an emergency plumber call.

No one else but Tyler was willing to give me an estimate - not even
a ballpark number - without an in-home visit ... although a few
contractors were willing to deduct the cost of the visit from the
cost of the installation, if I made a commitment.

Tyler gave me a range of water heater options and numbers in
an email, then stuck by those numbers during an on-site visit.

This is unique and meaningful in the industry, which is a source
of frustration for those of us who rely on services beyond our do-
it-yourself capabilities.

Tyler made a fair offer, which I accepted.

Importantly, he is not only professional - he's personable too.

In general, I am particular and critical. I think we've all had our
share of disappointments with contractors.

Tyler, however, gets my highest recommendation.

Nothing like your AC giving out during the hottest time of the year. I turned to Yelp to find someone that could come out and help quickly. Tyler was so fast at responding to my request and making it out to our home.

He arrived on time and diagnosed our problem right away. He thankfully had the part we needed with him so was able to get everything up and running very fast. He answered all of my questions and provided some other helpful HVAC-related tips to keep our family cool.

He charged a fee for a service call but said that it's good for the next year whether we need more AC or furnace help. While I hope we don't run into any more troubles, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to give him a call and recommend him to others in the area.

My fridge water line leaked and caused pretty bad water damage late in the afternoon on Saturday. Unfortunately the fridge water line valve broke not allowing us to turn off the water unless we turned off the main water valve. I called Tyler and he was able to have Mitch come out to fix our valve within 1.5 hours of calling. Mitch was able to fix the valve quickly and also gave us a recommendation for someone to come out and assess our water damage. Thank you so much for coming out so quickly when we were in a bind!

Taylor was very quick to respond at 5pm on a Saturday. He arrived within 30 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem and get us back up and running. Friendly, responsive and did not push expensive replacements as first response. Great overall experience.
