I was beyond happy with the service they provided. I had never used Fairland before but found them because of their high ratings on yelp.

I tried to fix an issue causing my toilet to leak by myself but found that I couldn't do it. I was stuck in a house with only 1 bathroom with a toilet in pieces and I to leave for work later in the day. I called them and they had a plumber out at my house 1 hour and 15 minutes after I called. I was amazed.

The plumber was great. Very polite and professional. He finished the work in about an hour and the price was extremely reasonable in my opinion. The work he did was great as well.

I highly recommend Fairland and definitely will be using them again.

We did an additional level to our home with a brand new gas furnace unit and a water heater. The Previous plumbing company took more than 6 months to start the project. The master plumber was never on site to check the work. We kept failing the inspection. Finally, a friend referred us to Min Han from FAIRLAND PLUMBING. We got our permit transferred over to Fairland Plumbing. We passed our final inspection today after 1 month with Fairland Plumbing. Good price, professional and excellent customer services. We feel safe and satisfied with the final result. We'll use them again and will definitely refer more business to them.

one of water pipe burst inside garage . I called them wednesday and they came the next day. A technician called me to let me know he's on his way. He came and figured out where the leak was and fixed it.

These guys were fantastic. A very difficult job here with 50 year old corroded pipes in extremely cramped quarters that would make most plumbers cry. They did it all without grumbling, and even did a few extra things that weren't even on the bid. I couldn't be any more pleased. And the price was more than fair. I'd recommend Fairland to anyone with no hesitation.

Saw and his crew were very professional. He gave me a fair estimate that was lower than the competitors. He did a good job at installing plumbing for the washer/dryer upstairs in my small bedroom. He was nice enough to come out twice to give me an estimate and go over the plan of action. Saw even offered to snaked one of the pipes for free since it was backed up and full of grease.
Highly recommend them and would use them again!

Our AC stopped working the day before we left for vacation, it was so warm that we had to go to the airport HOURs ahead to get some last minute work done before taking off. I emailed a neighbor earlier in the day and she gave me Fairland's name to try, so I tried and was happy to be able to make an appointment on the day of our return. Min called to notify us he might run half an hour late and he did arrive very much at the new time. On the first check of the outdoor machine, he suspected the compressor was dead, then he checked the indoor system and tried something -- honestly not paying much attention as I had to respond to emails -- soon I felt the cold air was coming out from the vent. How nice! Apparently, Min figured it was the thermostat that failed to send signal to the compressor to work. Whoa, the cost is just the new thermostat and his labor. Min was very courteous throughout and explained things well. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this firm. I'm considering to get a service contract as my neighbor also has been using them for plumbing services.

Fairland gave me an appt at the last minute b/c i had no heat with a 5 month old baby in house.. I had an old thermostat change by a friend...he apparently did not know what he was doing and caused heat to stop working. I then called a company ""diagnostic Heating & Cooling"" to fix the issue that they did not fix and when I called him back he told he would have to charge me again. I then declined their service and decided to call fairland. They fixed the problem quickly, gave me a 90day guarantee and charged half of what the other company was charging.

I am the Head of Maintenance for an Apartment Community in Rockville. I have been using Fairland Plumbing for over 5 years. While we do most plumbing repairs in house, I do use Fairland for major drain clogs, water supply line replacements/ repairs and also for Boiler installation and repairs. I know when I call Fairland that I will get a fair price and profesional work. I trust Fairland enough that I sent them to my Mother's house to install a Hot water heater. This company is awesome and we will be using them for all our plumbing needs. Min and associate really did an excellent job making the repairs when we had a plumbling emergency. Our basement was flooded with water and he was the only one that answered the phone at 11pm Friday night. He showed up very quickly and they did a really good job making the necessary repairs at a very fair price.
