At Fairbanks Plumbing and Heating, we are dedicated to all areas of plumbing and heating. In addition, we install air conditioning units and heat pumps. Our expertise spans from minor residential tasks to large-scale industrial projects, including welding. Because our overhead is low, I can offer you better prices!

Since our inception in 2006, Fairbanks Plumbing and Heating has been dedicated to quality service. My name is Jason Fairbanks, and I run the business. I began my journey in plumbing in 1999, completing a five-year apprenticeship with the Local 693 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union in South Burlington, VT. After finishing 10,000 hours of on-the-job training and five years of classes at the Union hall, I successfully passed my Master’s plumbing license exams in Vermont and New Hampshire in 2006. I founded my company in 2006 as a secondary income source during slow times in the Union. I was with the Union from 1999 until just recently, when I decided to dedicate myself fully to my company. I have worked on everything from small residential tasks to the largest industrial semiconductor projects in the nation. As a lifelong Rutland resident, I now call Rutland Town home. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality work and stand behind my results.

I lead Fairbanks Plumbing and Heating with 25 years of industry experience. I have experience ranging from small home repairs to major industrial projects across the country. As a small business, I don’t carry the hefty overhead of larger firms, which helps me maintain lower prices. I stand behind my work and ensure respectful treatment of all my clients.
