At Fairbanks Plumbing and Heating, we are dedicated to all areas of plumbing and heating. We offer installation services for A.C. units and heat pumps. Our expertise spans from minor residential tasks to large-scale industrial projects, including welding. My low overhead allows me to transfer savings to you!

Established in 2006, our company has deep roots. I’m Jason Fairbanks, the owner and operator. My plumbing career started in 1999 when I undertook a five-year apprenticeship with Local 693 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union in South Burlington, VT. After accumulating 10,000 hours of hands-on training and five years of classes at the Union hall, I earned my Master’s plumbing license in Vermont and New Hampshire in 2006. In 2006, I started my business to provide additional income when work was scarce in the Union. I worked with the Union from 1999 until recently, when I chose to focus full-time on my business. My experience ranges from small residential projects to some of the largest industrial semiconductor jobs in the country. I grew up in Rutland and currently live in Rutland Town. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality work and stand behind my results.

I lead Fairbanks Plumbing and Heating with 25 years of industry experience. My background includes everything from small residential jobs to the largest industrial projects in the United States. As a small business, I don’t carry the hefty overhead of larger firms, which helps me maintain lower prices. I guarantee all my work and treat my clients with the utmost respect.
