Fairbanks Plumbing and Heating specializes in comprehensive plumbing and heating services. In addition, we install air conditioning units and heat pumps. We are equipped to manage both small residential jobs and significant industrial assignments, along with welding. My low overhead allows me to transfer savings to you!

Established in 2006, our company has deep roots. I’m Jason Fairbanks, the owner and operator. I began my journey in plumbing in 1999, completing a five-year apprenticeship with the Local 693 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union in South Burlington, VT. I completed 10,000 hours of practical training and five years of coursework at the Union hall, ultimately obtaining my Master’s plumbing license in Vermont and New Hampshire in 2006. I founded my company in 2006 as a secondary income source during slow times in the Union. I was with the Union from 1999 until just recently, when I decided to dedicate myself fully to my company. My experience ranges from small residential projects to some of the largest industrial semiconductor jobs in the country. As a lifelong Rutland resident, I now call Rutland Town home. I commit to providing top-notch work and guarantee my results.

As the owner of Fairbanks Plumbing and Heating, I bring 25 years of experience. My background includes everything from small residential jobs to the largest industrial projects in the United States. As a small business, I don’t carry the hefty overhead of larger firms, which helps me maintain lower prices. I offer a guarantee on all my work and prioritize respect for my clients.
