Victor came out on time and quoted the most competitive price to clean out the leaky overflow condensation drain from the air conditioner. He arrived on time and wrote when he was on his way. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. He works for the owner Greg who is honest and fair with his customers. You will be pleased by their professional work.

Victor with Fair Price Plumbing did a great, efficient job cleaning our sink faucet, tightening it, and increasing the water pressure, for a good price. Took a look at our old toilet to and gave us options for replacement. Greg was easy to schedule with, and Victor took credit card with his portable machine as well and gave us a paper receipt.

I was so happy that we decided to get two of our cheap toilets replaced by Victor as well. Greg clearly told me the price over the phone and the make/model they preferred, American Standard. My husband bought the toilets and they installed them efficiently. Great quality toilets, but after it was installed there was a small leakage along the seal where the toilet met the tiles, likely related to an issue with the particular toilet we bought. We called Greg and Victor immediately came out and tightened a bolt which helped, but it still leaked a bit; we called them again and Victor came out and fixed it further and the issue was resolved completely. Great problem solving and customer service.

Greg also was very thorough in explaining the type of toilet he preferred to install, American Standard, but did give us the option of installing a Koehler toilet if that was what we wanted, which was nice.

Do not call or use this company. They are terrible and way over priced. They send / use very inexperienced people who diagnose / solve problems over the phone with their boss only. The technician does not know what they are doing. That is my experience with them. They left, said the leak was solved but they didn't check and it was still leaking. Use another plumber is my recommendation

June 16, 2020- during the Covid quarantine, a rusty outdoor faucet blew off when I turned on the water and water flowed out like a small fire hydrant. I turned the water main off. I called Fair Price Plumbing and they were booked for today but when I told Greg (the owner), that I had no water, he sent someone right away. Victor arrived and he fixed it very quickly. I appreciated that due to Covid he was appropriately wearing a mask. More than that, he was very professional, efficient and friendly. The price was as fair as it gets. Service, work and cost couldn't be better. Highly recommend!

Today was the first time I have used Fair Price Plumbing, and I am very pleased with the service I received. We had an upstairs bathtub drain line that was leaking through the ceiling from a 60-year old drum trap. Victor G. arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave us a very reasonable estimate of both the time and the cost to repair. Victor and his brother-in-law assistant took every precaution to protect our downstairs floors and were able to reach the upstairs leak with minimal damage to the ceiling. The necessary tools and replacement piping were available on their truck, so there was no downtime seeking parts. The job was completed in less time than was estimated, and at a lower price than the estimate because they were able to get to the leak more easily than expected. I highly recommend Victor and Fair Price Plumbing, and will definitely call again for the next plumbing problem.

After being stunned by a few other calls about connecting a water heater that I had already moved into place, I happened upon Fair Price Plumbing.Their PRICE QUOTE WAS GREAT! The service fast and first class.

Not only were they available late the same day, though I emphasized no time pressure the plumber arrived and hooked up the water heater in 15 minutes. I had completed the electrical and all he had to do was the copper connectors from the water heater to wall. My insurance company required a licensed plumber to do the work.

I cannot remember the plumber's name but he took pride in his work and had a brilliant sense of humor. He then casually said, "Anything else?" Well, I had a garbage disposal that I had been lazy about connecting. Again, 15 minutes and done. He dutifully wrote a second ticket for again, a very reasonable amount.

NOW, FAIR PRICE PLUMBING ARE MY GUYS FOR ALL THINGS PLUMBING. This was several months ago, not flood-related, and now I am swimming in hot water and disposing of all the garbage I can!

The company owner usually answers the phone, and I wish them well as they grow their company. What a GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Another plug for Greg with Fair Price Plumbing. Our hot water heater was leaking. Called yesterday and someone was supposed to come out. However there was a snafu and no one came. I called and they were very apologetic. Someone came this morning and fixed the issue with zero charge. Glad they made it right and happy to use the again (yet I hope I do not need another plumber anytime soon).
