My husband is a senior and was house sitting for a friend in Marsh Landing. He was backing out of their drive way and hit a sprinkler head, breaking it off. water was not coming out and there was no emergency. He just wanted to do what was right for his friend. He saw a plumbing truck drive by - """"Fair FW Plumbing"""" and called the number on the truck and they sent the truck over to repair the sprinkler head. My husband thought it was going to just cost $10, of course he should have checked, but this is not something he normally deals with. It took 5 minutes to replace the sprinkler head and F.W Fair Plumbing charged him $117.00. We feel completely ripped off. I would never use them again. I have seen other reviews where people feel they were ripped off and price was high.

Very pleased with the quality of work and neatness of work areas! I had to have an outdoor spigot replaced. This was tricky because of the builders method at original installation. Jackie kept me current with repair schedule and arrival time. Michael and Chris were very neat and professional. I had a new access panel and spigot replaced within an hour! I would highly recommend FW Fair for their excellent work, honest pricing, and friendly service from my call to completion! I'm very thankful my friend recommended them to me!

Anything but Fair Plumbing. Dishwasher was backed up. The guys came over and plunged the sink and I'm thankful that they fixed it but then the guy hits me with a $140 minimum service charge for 5 minutes of work. Called other places. Quoted $80 and $100 for the same thing. My fault for not getting a quote and shopping around before but come on!

Fair plumbing did a fantastic jo installing my hot water heater 2 yes ago. Just recently they came out to fix the stopper in my bath tub. Turns out the cleaning person put it back in upside down. With my neuropathy from cancer, I couldn't get the stopper out. Fair came out, fixed it in 2 minutes and didn't charge me. Thank you!!

Quick appointment. On-time. Professional. Reasonable price. I've used Fair Plumbing several times and have always been satisfied. Today they arrived, identified where the leak was under the driveway, tore it up, fixed it, repoured the concrete and done. I highly recommend.
