I found Mark on orange talk on Facebook. Someone posted asking for a decent plumber and multiple people had said they used Mark. Even the person who had put the post said that she would be calling Mark. I decided to do the same and he came out today and figured out what my plumbing problems were very quickly and provided a lot of knowledge. His pricing was right in line with what I expected. Fair Deal is a very appropriate name. I will use him again!

Mark answered my call after 5pm yesterday, and he was able to fit me into his schedule this afternoon. He finished the main job (faucet cartridge replacement) per his estimate provided yesterday, and was able to fix another toilet slow leak issue with a small and fair extra charge. He provided an excellent service with fair price, and I will definitely use his services again in the future. Thank you, Mark!

Truly 5-star experience working with Mark/Fair Deal Plumbing on a hot water tank replacement.

I had five companies bid on the project and Mark was the most genuine, honest, and fair deal. We spoke multiple times as I was considering a conversion to tankless. Mark provided me the most details and pros/cons to tanked vs tankless which allowed me to make an informed decision based on my situation. No pushy sales tactics here, he won't take you for a ride.

HW tank install was a bit of a coordinated effort due to HVAC install occurring simultaneously. Mark was willing to work around the HVAC schedule and was patient as we had a slight delay when he returned to install the new tank. He took the time to explain the various code requirements and suggested tank maintenance. Very knowledgeable and takes pride in his craft, the quality shows in his work!

Overall great customer service & superb workmanship, you won't be disappointed with any plumbing work completed by Fair Deal plumbing

I don't typically write a review, but I do read them and I read the ones about Fair Deal Plumbing before making my first call to them. I have to say everything I read was spot on and then some. I spoke with Mark each time I called and he was very nice and professional. He seemed very down to earth and I didn't feel like I was getting the normal run around you get with most companies.

Mark replaced my main water pressure regulator and ball valve, as well as installed 2 angle stops and supply lines. I am very happy with the work that was done and I feel it was done at a very FAIR price. Mark worked professionally and efficiently and left things clean and in order. I think I have found my forever plumber! I do have another job and I will be calling Fair Deal Plumbing in a couple of months to do it. Thank you again Mark, I appreciate the work you did and it was a pleasure meeting you! Yes I would recommend using this company and I have already shared his info with a friend.

I happened to notice a slight stain on my kitchen ceiling and didn't know where the leak was coming from. I found out about Mark on Nextdoor and after I sent him an image of the spot, he knew right away it was my toilet! He came the next day prepared and fixed the problem. I highly recommend his company. I had water leak in my dining room 2 days back - water drip from a copper pipe joint in the ceiling. I was referred to Fair Deal by one of my office associates. Guess it was my lucky day. Mark did an outstanding job to fix the leak at a very fair price. He is not the kind to take advantage of an emergency situation to charge you an unreasonable amount of money. Just as the name says, you get a fair deal. Mark is not only a great plumber, he is a very decent human being. Highly recommended.

I can think of worse things than the toilet breaking late on a Friday, but I have a pretty good imagination. Mark was out early on Saturday and got everything back in order, quickly, professionally and for a good price. Plumbing problems really suck but at least I now have an honest plumber I can rely on.

Don't get ripped off by the big companies who spend all their money on advertising instead of providing good service. Call these guys instead. Don't make the mistake I have in the past!

I had a loose tub spout I wanted to fix. Of course there's no access panel so we had to lift the tub to get to it. Fairau plumbing came over they were courteous clean cut, and professional. They did the entire job to my satisfaction and everything is great. I will call them next time I have a plumbing issue.
