I called this company because they have good review online and I needed to find the leak in the master shower. Te office was very friendly and accommodating, they sent Ryan at thhe end of the day after I had missed an earlier appointment. Ryan came, looked at the shower, made a small cut at the botton of the drywall behind the shower, I can only see a block of wood and nothing else. From there he concluded that the shower had no drain pan and he cannot find the leak. He proceeded to recommend a leak detection equipment that will cost $625.00 and that he could do it the next day. I said I need to call my insurance because that is quite expensive. He said to call the adjuster now to get an approval, he'll wait although this was after 5 pm and the adjuster was gone. Needless to say, I called naother plumber who found the leak, he cut up the drywall and saw that the leak was coming from cracked tiles. Don't call this company, so many times the workers misreprent their companies and try to get money for unnecessary work. I called their office to complain and once again the office lady sounded very concerned that this happened but guess what, they didn't call back. So here I am writing a bad review for them.

After finding Fahrenheit Plumbing in my BBB I chose to go with them.Let me tell you these guys are good.They came with the proper equipment to dry out my soiled carpet and fixed my leak in no time on my bathtub.

I previously had a water heater replaced by them because they were assigned by my warranty company. They were fine then. I called them today to come out and fix a leak in my main water line. They would not quote an hourly rate on the phone and gave me a 4 hour window which they failed to meet. The plumber also would not quote an hourly rate, but instead estimated a long time and expensive price to do the repair. It's no surprise that they try to lock you in with a service charge up front. He also had no customer service skills. (That's a kind way of putting it.) Based on this experience, I sent him away and subsequenly called another company with great Yelp reviews. I will never call Fahrenheit Plumbing or use them again. Buyer beware!!!
