Fagone plumbing was a sub contracted company utilized by Hoysgaard properties for the home
I purchased from Bill Hoysgaard.

Mr. Fagone, when he does reply back to you is a nice person, however, he does not always return calls to customers.

After weeks of contacting Mr. Fagone and him initially no showing our set up meeting, he finally did show up. After reviewing the issue and diagnosing the issue as electrical and faulty parts, he promised to come back in 24 hours and work on the outside HVAC unit and contact the seller to be reimbursed for the additional work he would complete.

Over a week and Mr. Fagone after calls and texts has still not replied.

We have been without AC all summer and now, our heat is not working.

Once I did get a hold of Mr. Fagone and sorted out the miscommunication with his unavailability (family issue) he came back multiple times to fix the matter that he cited as being related to an electrical issue but did all of the work he could on his own, and installed two thermostats for me as well. When one of the thermostats would not link up with the wiring in the upstairs zone, he made an appointment to come back. He even brought a peer of his that is an electrician to assist to ensure all matters were resolved on his end of responsibilities.

My only advice is that going forward that where Mr. Fagone is so busy he should delegate his unavailability to another employee or record a voicemail/post a social media message - that's only snakebite on his business profile.

I was told i was on the schedule for a repair and he was a no call no show both times i thought he was coming. Also with no call backs when i left messages. I will be finding somebody else.

If there was an option to rate this company with negative stars I would. I called them Thursday afternoon after I lost my heat and they came here Friday morning. After about 20 minutes poking around in my furnace the guy said that he would have to see if the supply house had the part he needed and he would get back to me later. He called me later and said that the supply house had the part and he would be back the next day between 10-12. I called him around 11:30 the next day and he said that he was waiting on the part to be delivered. In the meanwhile I called someone else to come look at it and he said the guy was completely wrong in his diagnosis and it was something completely different. I proceeded to call him twice only to receive his voicemail. I would not recommend him to anyone

Reached out for an appointment for my central air, and they called me right away to schedule. Said between 12-2 and arrived at 12:30 - perfect. Was a 10 minute appointment and something I probably should've known on my own but still worth it. Explained everything, didn't rush, great mannerism.
