CAUTION: This company claims to have exited their heating business!!!!!! Don't use or you will be left in the cold!
Very disappointing experience after having dealt with Fagnelli Plumbing for 7 or 8 years now. They installed a furnace for me 5 years ago, but I keep having the exact same issue with it -- a furnace is supposed to last 30 years! After numerous repair attempts, I was told there is no permanent fix; they were literally at my house every 2 or 3 months during heating season, charging me $90 to come out every time.
When my heat went out again this weekend, I was informed that they no longer service their HVAC customers!!! Imagine my surprise and anger at such terrible customer service, once again letting a loyal customer down without heat!

If you want to pay outrageous fees this is the company to call, extremely expensive. Take advantage of people that have a problem

We had a minor plumbing issue in a home we just built two years ago -- our kitchen faucet was leaking. We called Fagnelli who came to our home an determined we needed a part. Since the faucet was under warrantee we ordered the part (free of charge). The first visit was $60, When they called with an estimate for the installation of the new part, it was over $500!!!!!! Outrageous! Remember, this is just the service charge - no parts included. We called another plumber, and the total bill was $139 and it took him 15 minutes to fix. No one should ever trust Fagnelli!!!!

Returned home from a weekend trip and found that my hot water tank had died. I was referred to Fagnelli Plumbing. Called the office and received same day service. The service tech reviewed my equipment and confirmed that the tank, had in fact failed and needed replaced. He did some research and presented me with 3 options, I felt that the service tech was forthright and extremely knowledge .I had hot water that same day. Great experience . Nice to have a plumber that you can brag about !
I did check with both Lowes and Home depot and was told that it would be 11 days before the replacement tank would arrive if I ordered from them. 11 days without hot water... not acceptable. The box stores offered 1 choice and a 6 year warranty. Fennell Plumping offered me 3 choices , a 10 year warranty and same day installation, I even received a follow up phone call from the owner the next day . 100% satisfaction from this Cranberry,PA homeowner .

Fagnelli plumbing is a mess and their customer service club (for which you pay a small monthly fee for a discount on work and ""free"" yearly AC, heating, and plumbing inspection) is basically a scam.
Several times, I have tried to get these ""free"" inspections and Fagnelli always cancels at the last minute. People take off work for this kind of thing!
They are also extraordinarily overpriced in terms of their services.

Selling a house, and the day before the closing PWSA says we need a dye test (http://www.pgh2o.com/dye-testing) before the sale can go through.
My real estate agent spent her afternoon calling around trying to find a plumber who could conduct the test on short notice. After making a dozen calls, she spoke with Eric from Fagnelli Plumbing.
Eric came through for us! He was able to perform the test on very short notice, and got us what we needed to satisfy PWSA. If it weren't for Eric at Fagnelli Plumbing, we'd have had to delay closing until after the holiday.

I was hoping I could build a relationship with a reputable company so that I could use them as my go-to for plumbing issues and furnace maintenance.
However, on my first visit from them, I was quoted a ridiculous price for a job to split a water line and add drainage for dishwasher, water filter, and fridge adjacent to my sink. Quote was about $2k since they claimed they would need to redo a lot of the piping all the way to the basement. I paid about $60 for them to come out and give me this terrible quote.
One of the workers tried to give me the number of his uncle who could do the work a bit cheaper (Maybe $900). This sketched me out a lot.
I paid another plumber $200 to do the job. I won't call these folks again.

The service was great & the problem is fixed. Their prices, however, leave much to be desired. $400 to have three knobs in my bathtub replaced. We even provided the parts and had taken one of the old knobs off. As I stated, the guy they sent was nice but I feel like I've been robbed. If our tool hadn't broken in the middle of the job, we could have done this ourselves.

I got back to Pittsburgh after a month away in December. I came home to find a pipe that had frozen and broken, and my basement was almost flooded. I called Fagnelli on a Sunday morning and they were at my house within a couple hours. I thought everything was going great... until they quoted me $600 for replacing a pressure regulator on top of the $90 fee to come look at the problem. I thought that ridiculously high and decided to live with the leaking pipe until I could get a second opinion on Monday morning. Well, my second opinion was much better, $145 for a diagnostic evaluation, part, and labor. It was all fixed in 1 hour. Thanks to the other plumber with a much more reasonable price. Its been a week and no leaks or problems!
I thought the exorbitant amount quoted by Fagnelli was due to calling on a Sunday, but when I talked to them on Monday morning, the price wasn't any lower.
Today I checked my credit card and to my dismay, Fagnelli double charged my card! $180 for all that overpriced grief? Ugh! Now I get to call them back first thing next week and deal with them some more.

My fiance and I just purchased a new home. We wanted to add central air conditioning to the existing forced air heating system. Eric came over to see the house and what we were working with. He was extremely professional and no pressure at all. I walked him through and told him what we were looking for. He gave me some options and let me do some research. He met with us a second time and gave us an estimate. The price was fair and still no pressure for a deposit. He asked for a soft scheduling date, still no deposit, so he could coordinate with other contractors he trusted. Eric brought in both a carpenter for a new bulk head and some other work, and an electrician with him for our third walk-thru. We met with each person and told them what we needed before any check was signed. Eric made it all work on our schedule and got everyone there who needed to be there. At that point we finally gave a deposit, when we were completely satisfied with what was going on. Eric even helped us negotiate the prices with the other contractors! We got a dual-zone air-conditioning system, exhaust fans in 2 bathrooms, and a new return bulkhead, plus some other miscellaneous plumbing and electrical work. Eric made everything go seamlessly. I would recommend Fagnelli to anyone in a heart beat. They exceeded every expectation we had. Thank you again!
