These guys are the best! There's a reason why they have nothing but 5 star reviews from the customers. My toilet started acting up last night. I figured it was my fill valve. I called them @ 8:30 this morning and they were at my place by 11am. They were fast, honest and good. I will recommend them to everyone. They replaced my valve in less than 10 minutes! Thank you Fidel! A satisfied customer... My toilet acts like it's brand new!

I had a kitchen sink plugged up, they quickly assessed the issue and snaked the drain. The pricing was very fair. They didn't try and upsell me or bring up anything else. I will use them again if I have any future plumbing issues.

What a honest plumber. I asked for a snake job for a smelly bathroom, but he made me realize I just needed to clean the peep hole from the bathroom sink. He could've made more money by doing the snake, but he chose to be honest about what was the problem. He is hired for life

Facio's response time was quick, and his friendly, professional and problem solving demeanor is very welcome for in-home repairs. I appreciate that he encouraged my own novice plumbing efforts with support and advice. The shower fixtures he recommended looked solid and clean and worked like a charm. The valve installations looked great in the back as well. They were clean with their work area as well, very conscientious. Very highly recommend!

Facio is very professional and courteous. I had an emergency on a Sunday and he came and fixed it like he promised. Even though he had an overtime charge he did accommodate my service request and gave me a fair price. I will definitely use him again.

Doesn't this SUCK?? Instead of being out enjoying the day with family, you're here on YELP feverishly wishing to find a decent plumber that isn't going to run up some huge un-budgeted bill to unclog your drain.
DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER! (Can you tell I'm ecstatic about finding Fidel?) There is actually hope for this world when honesty and integrity percolate up from the slimy goo of the service plumbing world. Fidel is a seasoned pro that takes great pride in his work and there is simply NO other rational choice to get your problem solved.

Facio's plumbing is always so professional. They respect your time and your home. I used them twice in a rental property and both times they were very easy to work with. They call you to set the time and they show up at that time. If even the slightest change occurs they will contact you and not leave you waiting. They got the job done right both times I used them and didn't leave a mess behind. I even asked a random plumbing question and he gave me some quick advice to fix my bathroom sink ( even though he was only working on the kitchen sink)
