Facility Solutions specializes in minor renovations and upgrades, including drywall installation and repair, painting, flooring, and cement, plaster, and exterior cladding repair and replacement.

We have formed a skilled team of plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service contractors. We fix clogged toilets & drains, dripping pipes, and broken fixtures. We also conduct energy audits and lighting upgrades, along with HVAC and air conditioning repairs.

Jon is a co-owner and the operations manager at Facility Solutions, which offers a full solution for facility maintenance and small project needs. Facility Solutions can manage maintenance programming for large-scale manufacturing facilities while providing the client care and dedication needed for a 1,500 SF business.

With a two-decade career, Jon has a expertise in electrical and mechanical. He has also served as a project manager for the Weitz Company and Ovard Construction, overseeing nearly $50 million in construction projects. Jon's facility management experience includes roles at Fluke / Danaher in production and testing environments. He currently serves clients across the state of Idaho and the state of Oregon.

Jon is happily married to Kym. Besides spending time with his family, Jon is an enthusiastic outdoorsman who enjoys playing golf and biking.
