Facility Solutions specializes in minor renovations and upgrades, including sheetrock installation and repair, finishing, flooring, and concrete, stucco, and siding repair and replacement.

We have assembled a skilled team of pipework, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service contractors. We repair blocked toilets & pipes, dripping pipes, and damaged fixtures. We also conduct efficiency assessments and lighting upgrades, along with heating and cooling system repairs.

Jon is a co-owner and the operations manager at Facility Solutions, which offers a full solution for facility maintenance and small project needs. Facility Solutions can manage maintenance programming for 500,000 SF manufacturing facilities while providing the client care and attention to detail needed for a 1,500 SF business.

With a 20-year career, Jon has a expertise in electrical and mechanical systems. He has also served as a lead project coordinator for the Weitz Company and Ovard Construction, overseeing nearly 50 million dollars in construction projects. Jon's property management experience includes roles at Fluke / Danaher in production and laboratory environments. He currently serves clients across the state of Idaho and Oregon.

Jon is happily married to Kym. Besides spending time with his loved ones, Jon is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys playing golf and biking.
