Jon is a co-owner and the head of operations at Facility Solutions, which offers a complete solution for facility maintenance and small project needs. Facility Solutions can manage maintenance programming for 500,000 SF manufacturing facilities while providing the customer service and dedication needed for a 1,500 SF business.

With a two-decade career, Jon has a expertise in electrical systems and mechanical systems. He has also served as a lead project coordinator for the Weitz Company and Ovard Construction, overseeing nearly 50 million dollars in construction projects. Jon's property management experience includes roles at Fluke / Danaher in manufacturing and testing environments. He currently serves clients across the state of Idaho and the state of Oregon.

Jon is married to Kym. Besides spending time with his loved ones, Jon is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golfing and cycling.
