Facility Solutions specializes in minor renovations and remodeling, including drywall installation and repair, finishing, floor replacement, and concrete, plaster, and exterior cladding repair and replacement.

We have formed a dedicated team of pipework, wiring, and HVAC service contractors. We repair blocked toilets & drains, dripping pipes, and broken fixtures. We also conduct energy audits and illumination enhancements, along with heating and cooling system repairs.

Jon is a co-owner and the operations manager at Facility Solutions, which offers a comprehensive solution for facility maintenance and minor task needs. Facility Solutions can manage maintenance programming for large-scale manufacturing facilities while providing the customer service and attention to detail needed for a small business.

With a two-decade career, Jon has a expertise in electrical and mechanical systems. He has also served as a lead project coordinator for the Weitz Company and Ovard Construction, overseeing nearly 50 million dollars in construction projects. Jon's facility management experience includes roles at Fluke / Danaher in manufacturing and laboratory environments. He currently serves clients across the state of Idaho and Oregon.

Jon is happily married to Kym. Besides spending time with his loved ones, Jon is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys playing golf and biking.
